Dollar General — Local services in Edgewood

On 3.18.23 I went to get my normal Saturday items. I asked about returning a Glade plug in pack because I purchased the wrong item a few weeks prior and did not have the receipt. The cashier rudely stated they don’t take returns back without receipt because she didn’t know if I stole it. I requested the corporate number and she stated she will get her manager. The manager states its company policy. I requested the corporate number from her and their names. She refused to provide their names (I took a photo of her for reference). The manager provided me the wrong number. I went back in to get the correct number and the manager took a photo of me & stated I was harassing them and contacted the police who was in the parking lot. This is my go to Dollar General but today was very different. I had went in to buy a 4 pack of bud light and was denied by a blond hair cashier because my ID was saying I was “underage”, I am 23 years old. Because I have a vertical ID which I have had for years and is not expired this could possibly be the issue but I have never had any issue with any other cashier, usually they just input my birthday in the system and it goes through. The cashier than attempted to make conversation with me after about how she liked my car which is nice but seems like an excuse to not make a sale due to how my Florida ID was portrayed. I always use this dollar general and have never had a problem until today. I have a medical condition called crohn's disease due to this disease I will have a sudden urge for the bathroom that I cant hold. I was in the middle of shopping when this happened which was on Wednesday December 11 2019 around 5:30 pm. When I asked to use the bathroom I was told no they dont have one when I said please and explained my illness she said again sorry we dont have one by this point I had to leave the stuff I was going to buy and run to the business next door.
