It’s hard to communicate how high of a level of craftsmanship is in Joe’s work. The fit and finish expectations that I had were blown away. In fact, I have a new benchmark for quality and detail after receiving my functional art from Joe. Everything else is going to be incomparable now. Am I laying it on thick? Yes. Can I help it? NO! Seriously folks, the stuff that comes out of Joe’s shop jumps past top shelf straight to the stratosphere.

So, I am disabled and I was really tired of having to be pushed underneath the table to eat and read. Not all the way underneath, but at least up to the table. I found Joe online and looked at his work. Instantly I could tell that this was a craftsman that could make anything and not your typical wood butcher that just cuts, glues, sands, and delivers. The furniture looks like it has a soul.

I made an appointment with Joe and he came up with a design that blew my mind. A beautiful table made of reclaimed wood that had a small leaf controlled by an actuator that I could operate on my on. When it was completed and delivered it worked PERFECTLY and was GORGEOUS. Not to mention it provided a level of independence that I did not believe I would ever regain. I can only imagine how many wonderful times my family and I are going to have at our new table.

In the end I have to say that the work is flawless, Joe and Jess and everybody at the shop are absolutely fabulous human beings and the price is right. Considering how perfectly made all of my pieces are the price is actually a real bargain. My wife and I wanted custom barn doors and Laundry room shelves for our new house. We have a formal dining room that we planned on turning into a craft/Disney room. We were looking for custom doors that added a artistic look and that were upcycled from reclaimed wood.

We found Fama creations online (instagram) and we were really impressed. After reaching out to them we set up a time for Joey (the owner) to stop by our house to take measurements.

The next step was going over to the shop to pick out ideas and wood samples. The shop was very clean and organized (it took me back to woodshop and its almost like you could film a how to do show in there).

Joey walked us through the steps, the process and he really was great. He even gave some wooden blocks to our 3 year old son, which was cool. After getting our quote we were pleased and couldn't wait for the doors and shelves to be built.

Throughout the whole process we were sent updates and he let us know how they were coming along. Once completed he and his crew came out to install. They were great, professional and we were very pleased.

My wife and I had a crazy idea/vision for a dining room table. I wanted a rustic modern 60" x 60" wood table with black pipe legs that would accommodate 8 folks. Contacted several "wood craftsman" with my idea and was greatly disappointed with the lack of ideas. Was about to give up on my dream when a friend recommended FAMA Creations.
