As an out of towner, the folks at Big Sur Canna made me feel right at home. It was my first experience in a California dispensary, and I wasn’t sure what to expect but everyone inside from the employees to the other customers were extremely pleasant. In fact as I was walking in, a friendly elderly lady was walking out and asked if I was going inside. When I confirmed, she said “Oh, lovely day!” Haha If that doesn’t say anything about what the folks over at Big Sur are doing then I’m not sure what will. Upon entering the establishment, you’ll be greeted by their concierge employee who will check your ID, and you’re then placed into the customer queue while others are finishing their purchase. Their waiting room is incredibly upscale and relaxing - I enjoyed the art on the walls and coffee table art books. Once your name is called, you’ll be allowed through that heavenly door and then greeted by your personal assistant to help make your decisions and purchases. Arren was super patient with me, answered all my questions with clear knowledge, and helpful in determining what fit my needs. The prices seemed mildly steep, which you may have to credit to the area in which this business operates but I also have to say that you get what you pay for! The security at the podium manning the front entrance is a great asset and very reassuring. The Budtender who assisted me was both professional and exceptional.
