Boise Fitness Equipment — Attraction in Garden City

Had an awesome experience with Boise Fitness Equipment. Jared made our first purchase with them super easy. He provided a lot info regarding all the cardio equipment we were interested in to include common issues which tremendously helped us decide on what to purchase. We ended up buying both the Horizon Fitness 7.4AT Treadmill and the 7.0AE Elliptical. Horizon Fitness is owned by the same parent company of the Matrix brand but at a more affordable price. We didn’t feel like spending the money for our first purchase on the more well known commercial brands such the Matrix or Life Fitness that are double or triple the price. After a week of using the Horizon Fitness treadmill and elliptical, both are very sturdy and easy to use. I can confidently state they’re comparable to the more high end equipment I’ve used in many of military gym’s I’ve been at. Additionally, I also considered purchasing cardio equipment online, e.g. NordicTrack, but IMO, their focus is more on the large touchscreen than the actual machine. Furthermore, for this type of purchase, it’s better to personally see and test the products first and I’m glad we did because my wife and I are very happy with our purchase! So if your looking into purchasing your first or upgrading your fitness equipment, I HIGHLY recommend you visit Boise Fitness Equipment!

I have purchased 2 pieces of equipment from them in the past, delivery and set up was fine. Also had them service my equipment twice and the work and price was fine. This year I tried to get on their service schedule, left voicemails and texts with their service tech, no replies. Phoned the store twice to follow up and they said they would have him contact me. Didn't happen. Stopped by the store and talked to the manager, very nice as always, and he said he would have the service tech contact me. Still didnt happen. I'm pretty disappointed in their customer service. I own 4 smaller gyms and I have called them on 3 different occasions to get a quote for repairs and for preventative maintenance. I have left messages for the general manger and for the service manager. My calls have never been returned. I clearly am not large enough to...
