This place is a one stop shop!!! BBS has been a life saver for my skin. Today I got my normal routine BBS facial with extractions and Brazilian laser hair removal. The environment is always inviting. Everyone is very knowledgeable about different skin types and solutions to help. I love that the owner and her staff are always researching and taking classes to find the most efficient safe way to treat their clients. They are alway ahead of the curve when it comes to implementing new services.

I have done many treatments such as chemical peels, microneedling, PRP, plasma lift, and laser hair removal. Every-time they suggested something new I trusted their recommendation and was met with results. I’ve been coming here for three years and I’m never leaving lol.

I am writing to note to tell of my experience with this business. Back in 2020, I was seriously burned on both legs (see pictures) because they used a laser that they were not authorized/trained to use. The owners of the business did not deny responsibility and said they would do whatever it took to either fix the damage themselves or pay the cost to have a specialist repair the damage. After they could not fix the problem, I started to go to a specialist. Meirielly had paid for my treatment to the specialist, as she agreed she would, until last month. At that point, Meirielly informed me she would no longer be paying for my treatment even though the specialist was not finished repairing the damage. I tried to be fair and asked her to agree to pay for at least another year because the specialist said it would probably take about that long. SHE REFUSED! They went back on the promise that they made to me! I am deeply hurt by this! My legs are damaged and I can not afford the cost of the specialist to repair them! I am seeking legal counsel to help me force them to finish the commitment they made to me! This is my story AND my WARNING...
