Hands down the worst Taco bell! So you can understand the process, here's how it goes with these guys. I have a business in the same shopping center as this Taco bell. It literally takes 1 minute to get there. I order on the app 3 Fridays a week average. Usually between 9-9:15 pm for myself and 3 of my staff. The average dollar amount of food ordered is about$25-$30. It's not a lot of food. Oh, I've been ordering here for about the past 5 years. Anyway, We generally wait about 10 minutes and head over and wait in the drive thru line (dining room is not open). When you finally get to the speaker (where you would normally place your order) you tell the employee that you have an online order for so and so. They tell you to pull up to the window. When you finally get to the window they tell you to pull forward because the order isn't ready. Isn't ready? Ok, fine it's Friday night, your busy, I get it. There's usually at least one other car also waiting so you pull up as close as you can to them so you're not blocking those behind. Problem is there's not much space and the cars behind ultimately start blowing their horns at you because they can't get by. Then you sit in your car and wait for someone to open the dining room door to bring you your food. The average wait is about 10-15 minutes. Often times I'll see employees go out of the back door and hang out around the dumpsters. I have some ideas of what they're doing there but I won't put it in this review. After finally getting your food and doing a bag check for accuracy, you notice something is missing from your order. By that time the employee that brought you your food is long gone. So now you've got to drive around and sit in the drive thru line once again. Why? We'll, you can't call them because they don't answer the phone. And knocking on the door does no good because they'll either ignore you or motion for you to go to the drive thru. So annoying. When you finally get back to the window and explain the issue, they without any apology, get you what you are missing. Usually it's an order of chips and cheese or a side of guacamole or something trivial like that. But I ordered it and paid for it so I expect to get it. Last night it took 50 minutes from start to finish. Not acceptable!! The employees at this place move so slow, joke around and generally just don't care about customer service. The only way to complain is on the app. Taco Bell will send you an automated response apologizing for your experience and give you a coupon for a free taco. That's their one and only solution for addressing the issues. My hope is that someone from corporate Taco bell sees this and takes it seriously enough to make changes at this location. I'm going to try the Cobb parkway location next time. Surely they...
Read moreI used to go to this location late (after 10pm) in the evening about twice a month, but I tonight was my fi5rst visit since Covid. My prior experiences were so-so. I'm a flight attendant and I often arrive home from work quite late. I pass Taco Bell on my way home and would stop toget a late dinner as it's the only place open that late. Someone else mentioned that they experienced the drive thru lights out as if they were closed. I, too, have experienced this over the last 10 years and it is VERY aggravating. The drive-thru menu board would not be lit, no one would respond to the speaker and for all intents and purposes, it appeared they were closed. This usually happened M-Th. The food was always standard Taco Bell. Because I have not been flying during the virus outbreak, I have not needed a late night quick dinner. However, I have been doing my supermarket shopping late at night when there's light traffic in Kroger across the street. Tonight, just after 11pm, I decided I wanted Taco Bell (who knew I'd miss it? Haha), and while the large 15-20ft high sign looked as though it was turned off, Google maps indicated they were open. The menu board was lit, the service was very prompt and very friendly! It was like night and day from past experiences. It was a Saturday night, so that maybe the reason, but I'd like to think that they took the other reviewer's comment about "closing early" or "appearing" to close early to heart. I was almost taken aback at just how friendly the gal in the drive-thru was the MOST pleasant TB employee I've ever experienced! I'll be back! I would give 5 Stars for this visit, but I had to take off a star due to my multiple previous visits. If things remain consistently as good as of late, I will...
Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went on my lunch break to order two cheesy gordita crunches. When I got my order, it had nothing but chicken, No lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce. They wanted me to come back bring the food to them because that was the only way to remake my order or refund my money. Simply told them that I could take a picture of my order and I can show it to them because I’m not keeping food that I can’t eat. That’s ridiculous. The so-called store manager copped an attitude with me because she felt as if I wasn’t cooperating. I was extremely nice up until she started getting rude with me. Never have I ever experienced such rude behavior. This is very unprofessional And below standards. Then they had the nerve to call me again to see if I would like a refund, but I still have to bring the food in. I don’t understand what’s the difference between me bringing the food to them, when I take a picture of my Food to show them that they messed up my order. It’s all going to look the same. This isn’t a five star meal. Let’s be real it’s just Taco Bell. Apparently, that’s the policy. For anyone who decides to go to this location in Marietta, please watch out for Ramona! Keep in mind she was very rude and unprofessional a woman in her status. You definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back. It’s one thing to mess up my order, but getting an attitude with the customer when you messed up is another thing. Where is the...
