The guy who works at the giftshop isnt professional and has horrible customer service. I went into the gift shop looking for something to buy. I was looking at the charms and he told me the store was going to close in 20ish minutes. Then I took out cash and I was going to buy 3 charms. He told me the store only takes cards. I told him that maybe he should start telling people that as soon as they enter so they dont waste their time. He also started knocking on his table where there is a small sign saying they only take credit cards. That was the part I thought was extremely rude. Whoever is the manager, can you put a sign outside the store that only cards are acceptable. People dont usually start at the cashiers desk to read notifications. As a volunteer I had a chance to discuss several oroducts with the buyer for he store, who puts an incredible amount of thought into the inventory. Wooden items for sale are hand made from trees that fall naturally throughout the property. Read moreExtremely well laid out park with beautifully landscaped gardens and indoor areas including a tropical and butterfly garden, there is also a pond where I’ve seen a heron often and what resembles a Japanese garden as well. The Garden is free to visit including parking with only the Butterfly garden requiring one to purchase tickets to visit.
