The service at this location is HORRIBLE! They must be receiving subsidies from the subway corporation because EVERY TIME I go there they act as though they are doing me a favor and not providing me a service that I am paying for.
The main reason I WAS going to this location was convenience. They are two minutes away from my house. My last visit (and trust me it will be my absolute last visit to THAT subway!) I walked in and didn't see anyone behind the counter so I stepped up to the order area so I could see if they had Italian herbs and cheese bread (50% of the time they don't!) That's when I noticed the lady (who was mentioned and described on previous review) sitting on a chair in the doorway that leads from behind the counter to the back of the store. I thought she would realize that I was standing there, waiting, but she was too absorbed in locking at some sort of check to even notice that I was there. I stood there for a minute or two, long enough to see she was looking at some sort of check and decided enough was enough, the customer service there is Horrible and I walked out and went to the slightly less convenient aspen hill Subway where they obviously appreciate making me a sandwich.
Another time I went there (around 3 pm, not lunch but also not dinner) there was a teenager mopping the floor in front of the counter (a little odd seeing that nobody eats in the store) I stepped up to the order area and the same rude, curt older lady who wasn't doing anything that I could see made a pssst post noise to the teenager and the teenager hustled the mop and bucket down the hallway, through a door and then the teenager Was behind the counter ready to make my sandwich. There was no way she had time to wash her hands and she did have plastic gloves, but.... c'mon!. Now I could have insisted that she wash her hands or I could have walked away but I knew how the older lady was to customers and saw the teenagers reaction to the older lady's "pssst pssst' noise that I didn't want to be the cause of the teenager being reprimanded for trying her best. To sum it up. Go to wheaton subway (where parking is tight) or the aspen hill Subway if you want sanitary conditions and ...
Read moreJust Horrible. Avoid At All Costs! As other reviewers have said there's this Indian lady who is very rude and disrespectful. I don't mean to discriminate but this person should not be working here on account that she shows no compassion. Who hired this lady?
Let me explain what clearly went wrong with my visit:
I tried using a coupon to get 2 subs of equal value (buy 1 get 1 free) and she demanded I choose a cheaper sub which doesn't honor the special.
When she adds the chicken I notice that it's not separated in white containers like every other subway I visit. She uses a scooper to pick up the meat. Now the issue isn't with getting less or more, but it is not hygienic to have so much meat cluttered in a container. I will cover more about this in a bit.
All veggies felt old and stale and were far from ripe I assume they don't like to throw anything away.
She did thourougly toast my bread as I requested but what subway doesn't do that.
When she rang me up she offered me no receipt which is unheard of for any restaurant I visit. I'm assuming she doesn't want people filling out bad surveys.
The soda machines had no ice and every soda was watered down. REPLACE THE SODA SYRUPBAGS!!!!!
Lastly when I make it home and I'm eating my sub I notice an unpleasant taste and smell in the chicken. Both the regular chicken and the sweet teriyaki chicken tasted as if the poultry had been left out and were well on their way of rotting or heading south.
This was a Horrible Experience and I will not be coming back.
As I'm writing this review I'm on hold with corporate over the phone reporting this particular subway. I may also report them to the health department for not being hygienic.

Read moreDon’t waste your time, money and energy going there. There are plenty other subways, and this one shouldn’t even be on your list. I went there today, Friday, Sep 27th , at around 4pm. There was only one customer ordering, and a lady serving. I waited for almost 10min, for her to say “yes?” I started by saying hi, she didn’t respond. I told her I wanted number 31, I even repeated myself. She was paying 0 attention to me and end up doing something else. She didn’t even made my food and started serving another woman that came after me. The woman didn’t want to be served first, she pointed at me and told the worker I was there before. She ignored it and just continued what she was doing. I waited again, and finally she took my bread off the oven. It didn’t have the steak, or the cheese sauce, or the green peppers like number 31. I asked her if that was the number 31. She started yelling at me and saying you ordered 30. I told her my order was 31, maybe she didn’t heard . At that moment, she just took the bread, dumped it in the microwave behind her and started taking another order. She didn’t even apologize or try to fix her mistakes. She continued taking the ladies orders as if I was invisible. I wasted a few more minutes waiting, thinking she might fix my order, but she didn’t. I left without ordering anything else. This is for sure my last time going to that precise subway. You should also avoid it...
