I showed up to the warehouse after about a 45 minute drive to get here. I waited a little over 8 minutes before someone even walked up to see why I was there.

After walking up he generically pointed at a table full of unorganized books with vinyl swatches. I asked if there was a marine one and if someone could help. There was no real response and he walked away.

A few minutes later he came back and pointed to another guy to give me a book. He then said that his computer was down and if I didn't have an account t he wouldn't be able to help me. I asked if I could pay cash or use a buddies account.

Literally from the second I walked up it was like I was trying to earn their business and not the other way around.

Been going here for two years great customer service. If you have never been before you should check out the web site. Then call an talk to jacksonville or the lovely ladies in Orlando. They are very helpful with questions. Just keep in mind this isn't Joanns fabric this is a wearhouse for upholstery shops. If you expect to get the 5 star reach around experience you're gonna be like these folks who left one star an a novel about how bad it was blah blah blah.
