Horrible experience here. Wanted to get a particular part and called in for a quote and availability. For the three times I called, the price of the part changed three times drastically. They said they needed the parts shipped here and will call me when it has arrived. When I called to inquire whether the parts have arrived the following week, they were incredibly incredibly rude, telling me not to call anymore. Nearing the end of the day, they still haven’t informed me if the parts have arrived so I called them one last time. They said the parts did arrive, and when I asked why didn’t call when they said they would, they responded with “so weird, why didn’t I call you.” Would not recommend this business. I need a replacment part for a dryer, I found Coast appliance and it was a half hour drive. I used their website, found my part - which said was in stock but I wanted to call and ensure. I called and they we're helpful to confirm the part was in stock but after asking which location they gave me a 10 minute hold ...they can back saying oh yes.. no need for name ok. 1 hour 10 minutes later i waited on line only to find out they don't have it. Seems like a pretty simple procedure but they sure wasted my time and went on line and having it shipped next day for 3 bucks less with next day shipping. sorry I try to always buy local but when local shops waste your time via 3 different...
