If I was able to to give it -50 stars I definitely would. Yesterday I went to this establishment to get " A Change of Polish ". I was proceeded to the chair and the lady that did my nails didn't do absolutely anything. I kid you not she didn't rinse my foot or anything. She asked if I wanted to cut my nails down and I said sure. She cut it all the way down to the core. She drilled the gel off and that was ok I guess. She started to paint my nail and this is when I noticed that this lady don't know what she doing. She wasn't even painting the toe's correctly all out of the lines and everything. Then after she stay to cut my cuticles and I'm like you should've been did that. Then she like she done I'm like ok thank you. I go to pay and the lady at the desk has the nerve to tell me that it is $30 for a change of polish because it gel. I looked and I said WHAT !! 30 dollars for what. Be mindful I didn't put my feet in water or anything. So I said that 10 for water is what your saying. She like yea it 30 for change of polish. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS NAIL SALON WITH A PASSION. THEY OVERCHARGE FOR ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE ITS SEEMS LIKE ALL THEY AFTER IS MONEY AND NOT LONG LASTING CLIENTAL. PLEASE SAVE YOU THE TROUBLE DON'T GO TO THIS SALON EVEN IF ITS THE LAST ONE AVAILABLE. SO MY RATING FOR THIS SPA IS -5000 STARS

Horrible Experience! I will never recommend this place to anyone! It was my daughters Prom and they messed my daughters nails up. Nail Tech (with blessed hat on) agreed my daughters nails didn’t look but was still writing up the tab to send her out the door. They don’t care! They charged us more for their mistake! We were stuck because my daughter had other appointments the next day! They tried to do us like the previous review - they us to come the next day! Our appointment was booked a week in advance and they messed up because Yani, the receptionist, told us something they couldn’t promise. They speak about you in Spanish/Chinese and the new receptionist gets her nails done while working- who does that?!! New Management needs to step up their game! Yani lied that Loan went on vacation. But the real Truth is Loan left and the new receptionist laughed after telling me. Loan made that Nail Salon popular. Loan made a great decision by going somewhere else! Just really horrible experience- you will pay for THEIR MISTAKE!!! I wish I read previous reviews prior to making her appointment. We spent total $110 - NO Tip for them. Ridiculous & Horrible Experience!

And the girl who redid my toes was talking to other guests the whole time and never acknowledged me. Mind you this young lady also put my BARE FOOT on the little foot seater with no towel. This was also the same young lady who was talking to limnavis while she did my toes. This was so bad and unprofessional and a waste of $60 i worked hard for. Will not be coming back. Update! It has in only been 2 weeks and my gel toe polish that they “fixed” is already chipping. This has never happened only 2 weeks in. Ladies, take your money somewhere else.

Absolutely horrific. Two stars for bad manicure and bad attitude! In short, if you have an issue with the customer schedule, say something, and if you're upset with your boss or another customer don't take it out on me. Don't lie because you know what you're doing is not nice and you're figuring the customer just might complain. The first two times I went with a friend, I was impressed and readily returned but the third time they could not provide either of the same two people. I was fine with that. There seemed to be some confusion as to whether my friend made an appointment but they did say they take walk-ins. No matter, all seemed well but the person who did the nails & pedicure did a terrible job. My heels were left rough and the gel manicure was unprofessionally done. Third time again there was confusion as to the appointment time and despite there being an almost empty salon, there seemed to be an issue. I was thinking next time I would make the appointments instead of my friend. The person who finally gave my pedicure and manicure seemed unhappy and rushed. Perhaps she was having a bad day, I remained cheerful but not too chatty. I asked her name thinking I would return and know who I can make the appointment with if another is unavailable. The person told me they were the owner. Later I found out this was untrue. My manicure was terrible. A few of my nails were filed so thin in spots that they chipped, broke within a week. While previous visits the nails were under the lamp for a certain amount of time, this person kept them minimal amount, yet my next manicurist told me it seemed they must have used a glue as a base coat, lol! I don't know, but the actual polish was applied so unevenly and the rough filing showed underneath, I could have done better myself!. Looking back I regret tipping 20 percent each time. Not sure whats going on at this place but I won't be back and definitely will warn friends not to patronize this place. Don't...

I love this nail salon because it’s very nice and nearby but the reason I have only rated 2 stars is for a few reasons. Since this nail salon opened I have been coming here and over the years this nail salon has become very popular and I think convenient for the locals. Most other nail salons in the area are not very attractive, large or clean looking per say as far as presentation goes and I think that does appeal to most people. Clean being most important. Secondly because of the volume of people that come to this salon the wait is way longer. They do have plenty of technicians but I believe they do need more. Lastly the original owner of this establishment was very very nice and seemed pleasant to work with. Even if she was busy attending her clients she still acknowledged everyone walking through the door. For a very long time I had a few technicians that I would always go to and if one I wanted wasn’t available I was able to at least pick 1 of the 3 preferred. Now it’s impossible. You must make an appointment and even so you still may have to wait. Being that I am already aware of this I come in early and if I have no appointment I literally still have to wait 1 hour just to get a pedicure from any tech and had to come back hours later or they even offer the next day. Attitude is not the problem in this place. I just believe it’s an issue of over load and that is why this particular salon is having so many issues. My suggestion to the new owner, work on timing, hire more technicians, take responsibility, value your customers and listen to what is hurting...

Definitely not going back. I’ve been coming to this salon for years, only reason is I like this one girl, because everything else was and still is bad.

First they are never punctual, you make an appointment and always, and I say always, have to wait at least 30 min. I noticed that they see there’s a 10 min break between last client and the next appointment and they take someone else in that time, and whoever has the appointment has to wait. Not very professional I’d say.

Second, be prepared to sit there longer than usual. The specialist (with a rare few exceptions) are always talking with each other, or answering personal texts messages, talking on their cellphones, while doing your nails. A service that should take not more than 40 min (1h tops), takes almost double that time. It’s irritating, it’s like you’re not their priority at all!

Lastly, and this is the reason I’m never going back to this place ever again, is the attitude of their staff. There has been an ownership change, and I would say for the worst. They didn’t have internet connection today so I couldn’t get my points for my visit. I asked the front desk girl if I could add the points of today’s visit next time I come back, and she said only the owner can allow it. So I asked the owner’s name, and she wouldn’t give it to me, then I asked her name, and she also refused to tell me. Only reason I wanted to know her name is so she could remember me next time I come back for my points.

In resume, I’m not giving my money to this place anymore, since they seem to not appreciate and respect...
