China Queen — Restaurant in Palm Springs

Have been eating the same meal every week for 5 years!!! All of a sudden today they gave me a meal and swear up and down i ordered this every week. I ordered the honey garlic chicken. Which is chicken chunks in orange colored honey garlic sauce. Today they gave me the sweet and sour chicken flavor with honey garlic. When i asked for help with resolving the problem. The manager paul and his wife basically smiled and talked in their language laughed and reassured i always order this... They always have their kids taking orders and things are always getting mixed up but today them standing by this is what i have ordered for 5 years was the breaking point. I They didnt try to resolve the problem in the slightest way either. With that said i went to the Caribbean store in same plaza and was served by two teenage girls with way more respect and customer service then anyone did in this chinese restaurant. Did i mention no gloves, no hair nets, food on floor in kitchen area in wide open. And people wiping their sweaty heads on their shoulders while preparing food... Meanless to say im a HIGHLY UPSET...

Not authentic Chinese. Taste like it came from a box and heated it up. Left over Chinese is ALWAYS the best to me too- couldn’t even eat it. Had throw it away. Generalso chicken did not taste like thay. For 30 dollars- I felt I was deserved better food.

*update 8/4/23 Decided to give it one more try, got home with honey garlic and extra sauce- there’s no way that’s honey garlic. I’ve had it so many times. The rice was instant as hell. Not fit to eat. I call. . After 3 people, I have to come back to store and they only give me a refund for the dinner. So I get 10 of 18 dollars back. I had to drive to and from twice

The guy said it was extra sauce. Maybe at bottom

Ok, so, I’m from the jersey shore and they got some bangin Chinese! This is the first time ordering from them, based ofn the reviews and basically based on the fact that they had black pepper chicken, so, was very excited! I put in the special notes to make it extra peppery and to add $2 extra chicken, gave them my CC number, so, hopefully they did. Also ordered the terriaki beef for appetizer, hopefully it’ll be good, delicious like the last joint I was at for Chinese. If I like this, I’ll switch to them. Just prayin my black pepper chicken is delicious and blk peppery!! Will update...
