They helped you and no impact of life as no fingerprint , no booking process, and no deputy correctional officer or jail guard as no restraining chair. This place is different from Jail as EPS Jail as Mental Facility. Well he is for life sentence

I am in a state of extreme distress and dying. Please help!!

The prolonged and ongoing psychological torture and life-threatening mistreatment inflicted on me and my family by certain psychiatrists and staff members at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center – Emergency Psychiatric Services (EPS) have pushed us to the brink. I am begging for help.

Based on my direct and personal experience, specific individuals at this facility—most notably psychiatrists Dr. Yang Xu, Dr. Kenneth Gee, and Dr. Habeeba Hashimi—along with certain nursing staff and supervisors, have engaged in conduct that constitutes far more than medical negligence. What we endured amounts to ongoing abuse and torture and attempted murder criminal.

For over five years, my family and I have been subjected to repeated acts of psychological and emotional torture. On two separate occasions, I tortured to death due to the trauma inflicted under their so-called care. If it were not for a few compassionate individuals who intervened, I would not be alive today.

This never ending ordeal has left us with lasting physical and psychological disaster. The hell is not over—we continue to suffer under the weight of what was done to us and what is still going on.

The pattern of their crime I and my family witnessed does not appear to be accidental or isolated. It suggests a prolonged, coordinated failure of professional ethics, medical responsibility, and institutional oversight.

I am speaking out in the hope that independent authorities will investigate these events, provide proper oversight, and bring accountability and justice to those responsible.

No human being should ever be subjected to what my family and I have endured the endless hell—especially not in a facility that claims to provide...

Please don’t come here ever. If I could give it a 0 rating, I would. It will make you want to take your life even more. It’s just BAD!!!!!!! The staff needs to be more compassionate, especially to those with more severe conditions. They need to treat them like human beings, like how they’re supposed to be treated. They don’t need to have a rough demeanor.

Here are some of the problems with the staff… Someone wanted to eat earlier, and a staff denied them of food because apparently they already called for breakfast earlier. The patient was sleeping, they wouldn’t know. I as well, couldn’t take my maintenance medications because I didn’t know the right dosage. Phones weren’t allowed inside. Couldn’t they just contact my other doctors so they can help a chronically ill person not miss any medication?

Btw, the evening and night shift had times when they were being loud. They had no respect for everyone sleeping, as it is an open space and you can hear everything. There’s also one staff who pretends to be on his tablet but was just on his phone. And when asked for help, he just points to nowhere. Bro wasn’t even trying to help.

I can’t believe a horrible place like this exists, with all the things I heard overnight and experienced with the patients inside. People come here seeking for help, yet they don’t give you the help you’re looking for. You should come out of a hospital with hope, not with visual...

AWFUL. It's called "emergency services" but you won't be seen for a good 12 hours. In the meantime, you'll be put together with a bunch of mentally ill people without distinction of type and severity, and the staff will treat you with the assumption that you're mentally handicapped / psychopathic / incapable of grasping reality or distinguish morality, regardless of what your situation or diagnosis is. Then when you are finally seen by a "doctor," they won't assess you or anything but would REFER YOU ELSEWHERE because the "emergency room" does not have the right capacity to help! Not only were they a complete waste of time and utterly useless, they'd charge you $5000 for it!! What is the point of this ward any way?? Is it just to pry money out of people? Is it to criminalise those who needed help the most just for fun?! As a Briton I am baffled that something like this...
