This Taco Bell location has had a few employees that have delivered great customer service in my experiences here. Unfortunately, more often than not, I have seen and received very poor customer service from the staff here, including flat out offensive treatment from the manager herself, I believe Maria D. Is here name. I feel that in most instances, the professionalism or lack there of is something that starts with the GM and trickles down through the staff. This is one Taco Bell that I try to avoid for the most part, save the occasional revisit to see if things have improved. So far, over a 2 or 3 year stretch, the less than mediocre service has been consistent in my personal experience.

Only customer inside standing in front of register 4 minutes with no greeting after making eye contact with two separate employees. Someone finally yells "place your order at the kiosk" which is sticky and obviously not cleaned regularly. After acing order asked to use the restroom after calling someone over. Wouldn't give me the code but grudgingly let me in. When food was ready had to ask for the hot sauce and drink I ordered at the kiosk to which their reply was they could only give me a few hot sauce packets (had requested more than what they were willing to give me). Was really made to feel like I was more of an annoyance to them than an actual customer.

Then on my second visit the manager has the audacity to tell me after i had payed for my meal that only paying customers can use the restroom. Im will be send this exact message to the her supervisor because this should be that customer service i should be receiving.

Absolutely RUDE!!! my husband and I have been coming here for a long time we always park way in the back, we either eat there or subway, now I don't see no signs that indicates Taco Bell customer parking only! I've parked there numerous amount of times and their employees that work the drive thru would see me parking would never tell us not to park there at all, until today, I had been parked there for a while and we started walking towards the store we heard someone yelling but didn't think anything of it, we honestly thought the employee was talking to another employee, but the yelling intensified as we got closer, she looked so angry and started yelling you can't park there only taco bell customers! you can see she was angry and had a very bad attitude! I told her I've been parking here for a long time no one has ever said anything to us before, she just continued yelling at us angry then walked away, I proceed to take pictures of where I parked to show no signs of no parking are posted, we ended up leaving and I called to speak to the manager and get corporates number, they answered with a hello, very unprofessional for a customer service facility, the manager never responded she had me waiting 5 minutes. There's ways to approach people and let them know about the parking but to start yelling at people is absolutely...

We ordered three crunchy tacos with an extra crunchy tacos in the drive through. We checked our order when we received it and it was three soft with one crunchy. We thought it be a simple fix so we went into the store to tell the workers. But we were only met with interrogation and they claimed that we ordered combo number two, which wasn’t true, and that that comes with soft tacos. We went back and forth with the worker many times and she got another to talk with us. However she also gave us super bad attitude. When she finally decided to fix our order, she aggressively grabbed our bag of food and threw it into the trash, ALONG WITH THE EXTRA TACO that we paid for. And she gave us what we wanted which is the three crunchy tacos but didn’t give the extra one that she threw away along with the wrong order. We left after that to avoid further conflicts. It ruined our afternoon and appetite.

We have been coming to this Taco Bell for four years and we have never been treated with such horrible and aggressive customer service. I work in food service as well so I understand that people can be frustrating but that is no excuse to give such bad customer service and to show this level of aggression towards guests. On August 26 around 3:40 pm I was treated unprofessionally at this location. My brother and I stood at the counter for about 5 mins till an employee shouted from across to use the kiosk. This was my first time ordering from a kiosk and I was struggling to put in my order. I asked the employee if she can help me look for a certain item I needed to customize. She gave me a dirty look and said it should just be on screen. I was shocked at her unprofessionalism and disrespect towards us. I asked for help again and she wouldn’t help. I went back to the screen struggling. So I went in my car and went through the drive through instead. The same girl that didn’t want to help handed me my order and I asked her which box had the custom tacos. She pointed at the second box. When I arrived home and checked I found that she lied.
