Charelston County Development . Nothing new a couple new cut throughs, other than that just a map of Hwy 78 very poor , no real change to help infastructure and growth of the amount of apartments and homes being put in . Looks like it is let's see how many taxable places we can cram in for income. With no regard to traffic , flooding, or convince to the citizens in that area. No real resolution to an already congested area. Very Poor Display of development . It looks like and is all about the income on property the county can impose. The County already spends tax dollars with no concern for the people that have to pay the tax. There needs to be an over sight committee to look over their foolish spending of tax money from the we the people. You people know exactly what I'm...

The only time I actually come here is for the fair, but it is a great location to have it! I love the barns with all of the vendors, the rides are fun and great food when the fair is here. The location is usually quite littered with paper and plastic during the fair, but that is to be expected. The actual facilities and staff from the fair are excellent, though. Clean bathrooms (as clean as they can stay for a giant fair event), plenty of hand wash stations, plenty of officers for events, and overall it is a great time! Love this location and come back every year. This is my favorite location for a fair or carnival...

Actually we attended the Coastal Carolina Fair which is held yearly at the Exchange Park in Ladson, SC. The last one we went to was before Covid hit. Parking is plentiful...but the line to get to the lots can take 30 minutes of crawling along. We saw the rabbits, chickens, baby goats, mama goats too. We ate fair food, saw the art projects of school kids from pre-K up to high school. Looked at flowers and leaves which didn't resemble anything in our yard. Then went home after a stop at Ye Olde Fashioned Ice Cream in Summerville. A great day to...

I love the fairgrounds because so much goes on out here! It’s truly a watering hole for the city, bringing people from all over and even out of state! Shop with local vendors every Saturday and Sunday at the flea market and come back later for the events! It’s just a cool place. I went to some amateur fights hosted there yesterday and had a ball! Just bring your wallet cause it’s Carolina Fair prices for food, but that is to be expected. Cash is still king here!

"Christmas Made in the South" is here again! I love events like these that are held at Exchange Park. This venue is not massive, so a couple of hours is plenty to browse around. I actually also went to the Holiday Market held at the North Charleston Coliseum a couple of weeks ago. Honestly, I thought the Holiday Market had many more vendors with a lot more variety of items for sale. Nevertheless, I still enjoyed this event, but I was done after about an hour.
