Just had to post review. Pulling up to drive thru smelled like a sewer line broke but it was just filth and liquid along the curb of drive up. Commented on it girl just looked out closed window...me too. 10 min for single swiss bacon king. Couldn't give proper change out of pennies. Got home opened burger and ??? What should have had 1/4 beef patties 2 slice swiss chez lots of special sauce and mushrooms and juicy was minus 1 slice chez very little sauce and NO mushrooms at all and dry as a desert. To give some credit, prior vists for this same burger had been excellent...thats why I came back. Floor inside was less dirty than usual...most times it's full of food and paper they keep walking over. And how hard can it be to clean the windows especially drive thru. Tried to call store had to leave message. No one called back. Made report to corporate online...district manager did leave message with apologies and credit to come back 3 days later...thank you for that. May or may not...they really have to clean this place up. After seeing other reviews I don't know if I could trust the outcome. One more thing if your an evening coffee drinker don't get it here...they microwave leftover coffee (who knows from when) cause making it fresh in the evening is not cost effective...really? They absolutely refuse to make a fresh batch it's against their policy. Get a single serve machine or something thats more "economical"...this is a national chain...come on now. I know not alot of coffee drinkers later on but we do exsist and you are on the path of my home and I work evening hours. Want proof check out Starbucks in the evening...it's rare I will spend that much for coffee tho.
This is a follow-up to my prior review today's date July 25th. Followed up on the district managers message to come back and have a meal on the house. Went back order the same Burger I reviewed before and I have to tell you they're shaping up over there. It was the same wonderful sandwich I had had a couple of other times and then some. I went to this BK multiple times, and each time it was just AWFUL. The last time was enough though. After ordering only about $4.00 bucks worth of food and only having a $20 to pay, I literally watched as some ornery employee rung up my order on the register, took the receipt and crumpled it in her hands, tossed it onto the dirty floor instead of handing it to me, and then gave me about $6 bucks in change and slammed the window door before I could say anything!
When she finally came back, with my food in hand, she tried to pull another quick hand off, but I stopped her and confused, asked for my receipt. She tried to tell me she had gave it to me already and that I must have lost it or something!
??!?!?!!?!?! REALLY?!
So at this point I just told her that I knew she had thrown it on the floor, and that she "accidentally" forgot to give my all of my change. She rolled her eyes and caught an attitude with ME before handing me the rest of my cash and slamming the drive through window door!
As if this wasn't enough, I then went home, ate my food, and got food poisoning! I called the hotline on the receipt and reported the lady to their central office, or whatever, but still....unless some MAJOR MANAGEMENT DECISIONS are made, avoid this place like the plague, because it will probably...

During my recent visit to the Burger King, I've unfortunately felt extremely uncomfortable due to the demeanor of an individual who appeared to be the manager. Despite my efforts to remain professional and courteous, this person did not reciprocate with the same level of professionalism. A manager's attitude significantly impacts the working environment and customer service experience. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a positive and professional attitude is crucial in the fast food industry, especially when working with delivery partners.
Additionally, I'd like to highlight that the manager's attitude seemed unnecessarily negative. Despite not having any prior interaction that might have prompted such behavior, he gave me an attitude for no apparent reason. This was particularly evident when he engaged another customer with a greeting but disregarded me entirely. When I tried to address this discrepancy, there was no acknowledgment or response from him. It's important to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor with everyone, especially when they are there to support your business. Do better.
