Fairlington Park — Attraction in Bailey's Crossroads

This playground is always a hit. The two adjacent playgrounds will entertain all ages. The big kids’ play structure is tall and will tire ‘em out while the swings and sandbox offer some chill time.

Some parts of shaded and a pergola offers a respite from the sun. Cooler air and shorter days have made this playground all the better.

The parking lot is small but I’ve never had problems finding a spot. There is also plenty of street parking next to the parking lot.

A running/ walking track circles an open field often used for soccer. There is an adult outdoor exercise area on the far side...

Pleass, beaware of an easily flipping swing. Two kids flipper in split second when not doing anything obviously wrong right in front of me in a row. Because of the built momentum, the pain is excruciating! The swing is badly designed and is not stable enough. Honestly, I think, it should be removed from the playgrownd and recalled from production. The rest of the equipment seems fine. Partial gate - would be better if it was fully enclosed, especially to keep Littles away from the very high climbing structures

Loved the sand area which had a water spout to let littles get really into the sand play. Loved this !

Shade - lots of full and partial shade Which I always love around seating

Open fields - nearby

Path for bikes and scooters etc ringing around park

Zip line - so fun!
