we visited store 09/02/23 Clean ,store seemed organized . No associates stopped to ask if I needed any help. we walked around for a few minutes. Finally I approached a woman , Olga, And asked were I could locate Butcher block . I informed here I saw a specific size only and it showed a store qty of 3 . She stated "Let me check the warehouse" AND just started to walk off. we kind of followed her. we were confused were to stand or wait after a few minutes of waiting and multiple associates walking by . We finally had an employee ask us what was up , Appeared to get on a radio but just walked off . Olga finally returned with a cart and was stating she had to get a forklift and yadda yadda yadda. I think you need a little more focus on the customer . Yes I did what they asked . Seems to me They could have done the foot work instead I did it for them.... Strange .... visited store again October 8 still about the same no associates approached me had to approach. The only associate I saw was at the register. She then told me to walk over to an aisle that there were two guys putting away returns and ask them for assistance we did so kid went back picked up butcher block I needed brought it out to us and we left. Read moreThis is the most absurd place to do business with. We went to the store looking to purchase a quartz countertop. They were happy to sell us a countertop and charge us for delivery. We setup the delivery for the next day and the employee even called to verify that it could be delivered the next day. The next day we get a call at 11 am telling us they do NOT deliver countertops. We have to come and pick it up ourselves. Ok at a great inconvenience we have the contractors stop doing their work on our project and send them to pickup the countertops. It is a 2 hour round trip! They get to the store where the countertops are located and are refused, they will not let them take them because they did not have an A-frame type housing to transport the countertops. Who has that type of contraption except people who do this for a living? This was after they suggested to me I go rent a uhaul truck or trailer for pickup. So at no time did they say this would be a requirement for pickup even though they had multiple opportunities to do so. Clearly countertops should not be sold to customers. How can you sell something that is impossible for the customer to get to their homes? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and anyone that reads this please hear my warning and take your business elsewhere, anywhere, but...
Read moreWalked in today looking to by tile for my home. I found a stone tile that I liked priced around 1.40 sq/ft, when I typed the sku number to the website it came up priced at .95 sq/ft. I had two associates tell me that it was the same and it looks like it was .95sq/ft. I had to ask multiple times for a manager to come because I wanted to buy it but "I think it is that price" was the main response and they seemed confused on how to interact with a customer. I finally had the manager come over to tell me the sku was updated, the one online was old so she could not honor the price on the website. The item listed for 1.40sq/ft can not be found online, when you type the name and the sku number the .95 sq/ft shows up. They do not honor the pricing that is shown online. I ended up going to HomeDepot down the street that had the SAME TILE for .89 cents sq/ft. I would have bought it for .95sq/ft but the manager not willing to honor their website made me find a better deal at a competitor. I would have tried to have them match the HomeDepot price but they cant even match the price on their OWN website.. Also HomeDepot is delivering 60 boxes for 75$ to my home, Floor decor wanted 600$ to ship to my home and 400$ to ship to the store for me to pick up....
