Forever Young — Attraction in Gatlinburg

Forever Young is an amazing Elk Springs Resort cabin to stay in while visiting the Gatlinburg area. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the cabin includes a deck on all three levels that faces the smoky mountains. We were told that Forever Young is a fairly new construction (as of our visit in 2021 anyway), and that can clearly be seen by the condition of everything inside and outside of the cabin. Everything looks great, and all of the amenities worked as expected. The beds are extremely comfortable (although I suggest bringing your own pillows), and the place is fully stocked with dishes, linens, and most anything you will need during your stay. We I stay somewhere, I can usually spot something the cleaning crew missed, but not at Forever Young. Everything was spotless, and in this day and age of COVID-19, my wife and I felt very safe staying there. Did I mention the breathtaking view of the mountains?

This cabin is located roughly 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and makes for a short drive to the Pigeon Forge area as well. My only complaint about Forever Young is that the driveway is a little small and tricky to navigate. The cabin is on a very steep hill, and the drive is a very small circle, which you cannot really see from the main road, and even as you drive in you are at such a steep upward angle that you cannot see well where you are going. I suggest going up the road, past the cabin, then turn around at the maintenance building just a few yards away, to access the cabin's driveway at a downward angle. My wife and I also didn't care much for the location of the hot tub, but it isn't a major complaint. Overall we found the cabin and the location to both be perfect for our visit, and highly recommend Forever Young to anyone looking for a private and luxurious place to stay during a visit to the Gatlinburg area. This place is truly amazing! What a great way to spend a family vacation right next to the mountain. What a view! You get the mountain view on each of the floors. It's in a remote location about 17 minutes to Gatlinburg. Beautiful kitchen, large space for 4 people. Love the walk in pantry, walk in closets and huge bathrooms with stand-up shower plus a jetted tub and a commercial size refrigerator. Just simply wow! Kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
