Just had an older cashier blame me and my husband for physical stores going out of business because we wouldn't give him our email.
He brought up the fact Rue21 was going out of business, unprompted, after my husband said he'd pass on the email or membership card. We said it was sad because we preferred physical clothing stores over shopping solely online. Which he replied "well that's the way all things are all going." We couldn't disagree, but his following comment struck us as rude when he used it to then say "that's why we ask for your emails- so you'll keep coming back." We didn't respond after purchasing our one $15 Funko, and left. There's a tone that I can't replicate through typing, but the condescension was palpable. For instance: a copy of Soundgarden's 1994 record "Superunknown" in vinyl format is sold for the ludicrous price of $69.99 at FYE. You can go to TJ's CDs a little way down US41 and find the same album brand new for $29.99. FYE is merely marking the album up to capitalize on the untimely death of Chris Cornell.
My advice? Buy...
