Sbarro — Restaurant in Florida

I went there a couple of weeks ago on a Friday. I asked Ericka if they had a meatball parmesan, meatball hero or any other type of sub sandwich other than the stromboli. She didn't know so I moved onto ordering my large pie with 5 toppings, it was cooked very well to go. So when to pay for it, I gave half the amount in cash, then when I went to pay the $7.98 I joked around with her saying " that's too much". She then tells me "oh well your s.o.l then", so I pay for the order then just left to another store in disgust at how nasty her response was. At the owner wasn't around so I guess she felt a little edgy that her boss wasn't there & she just says what she wants. She needs to learn how to take a joke with people, not just curse them out when I had someone with me. I always have money to pay for things. Went for lunch, was denied a water cup despite being a paying customer. The manager seemed like they were just trying to push the sale of a beverage. Ended up just getting a bottle of water from the vending machine instead because of that. The pizza was already overpriced for how small of a serving it was, there was no way I was going to purchase a beverage after being able to get a complimentary water cup at other locations.

I won’t be back to this location any time soon 😁

I asked one of the employees who the new pizza man was and they told me his name is Sal and I just had to compliment him because the pizza use to suck and I honestly gave up on this place years ago but then I saw someone behide the counter who was tossing the pizza in the air and just looked liked he knew what he was doing so I decided to give it another try and I was not disappointed! He honestly could open up his own little restaurant that’s how good it is! He would defiantly have me as a customer...hope he stays because their pizza has never...
