Friday afternoon we went to Wings And Rings at 1020 El Jobean Rd, Port Charlotte, in the Town Center drive across from Red Lobster.  TBH I wasn't expecting  much, given the reviews I've read online, but I was pleasantly surprised.  It is just another example to read everything with a grain of salt and find out things for yourself. We arrived and waited a minute before anyone knew, but it gave us time to look around.  The place is much larger than we had thought and it was not only spacious, but clean as well.  They do have outside seating, but since it was humid, we opted for inside.  It was cool but comfortable.  Our wait person, Desiree, asked what we wanted to drink.  While she was off getting the Diet Cokes, we had time to look at the menu and it was extensive. My wife ordered the boneless wings, plain with a side of onion rings with bleu cheese dip.  I ordered the Ghost Pepper Ranch burger with a side of rings and bleu cheese dip.  When our food came out, it at first did not look like much b/c they were placed in oversize bowls. so it was deceiving.  We both thought that the onion rings were some of the BEST we ever had! You could taste the beer batter and it was not greasy at all!  They were crisp and flavorful.  We both were NOT impressed by the bleu cheese dip.  I would love to try some of the Ghost Pepper Ranch dip next time.  My wife said that the boneless wings were delicious.  She was very happy with them.  I can say the same thing for my Ghost Pepper Ranch burger!  It was very flavorful and the roasted jalapeños on top were a great addition.  The heat was good and not overpowering.  All in all we really enjoyed our meal. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was decent, given this is a sports bar.  There are plenty of TVs to grab your attention.  We will be back and think this place is a decent place to recommend people to try.  I think you will find it a good option.  Try it out and see!

We haven't been to this location for a year or more. Our waitress, Lindsey, was so helpful & professional. I ordered a starter for my lunch & she assured me that it would be plenty for me. The dish was called Korean shrimp.the dish was supposed to have cilantro in it and Lindsay made sure that they did not add that spice to it.the only thing negative I can say about the dish was that it had way too much sauce on it, there was coleslaw under the shrimp & it was drowning in sauce. The Shrimp, however were very well seasoned and spicy just the way I like it. My companion had a steak sandwich on a brioche bun with jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. He enjoyed it and thought it was delicious. Onion rings on the side.

The waitresses were super friendly and the food was good but spicy. Our waitresses were very attentive and friendly and they were very speedy when our food and drinks were ready. For their wings they have an option of boneless grilled wings and it was amazing! I ordered sweet thai chili and bourbon BBQ. What was neat is that their sauces are not already paired on the spice scale. Instead, you order what sauce you want and what level of spice you want it (mild, medium, hot, and atomic). Unfortunately I ordered a little too spicy for myself, but the flavors were amazing and their two for one beers helped wash it down. (Pictured is a brief menu, a cold yuengling, and their bourbon BBQ boneless, grilled wings)

Do not recommend. The manager on duty during our visit was rude from the moment we walked in. Myself and two others joining were just shocked at how stressed the staff members and waiters all looked. You could feel the stress which made it uncomfortable. On top of that though, while my two friends meals were ok mine was not good at all. I couldn’t take more than two bites before feeling nauseous. The waiter was extremely kind and asked if I wanted anything else but I was too nauseous and kindly said “no thank you”. She was so sweet and offered other options and drink refill. Then the manager comes around the corner looking agitated and doesn’t introduce herself as the manager, just says “sorry you didn’t like your meal, sure you don’t want anything else?”. I said no I don’t but thank you. She says in a rude tone “you sure??” And I said yes, thank you tho. And she walked away like a 13 yr old teen girl. I called shortly after and got the managers name (and found out she was the manager). Her name is Heather. Hope this isn’t the usual but def not going back and don’t recommend supporting a toxic work...

Went last night to enjoy a good meal with a friend! Checked in with the host and hostess as recommended. The host didnt seem to understand what i was saying, but the hostess got me right away! I told the host I was there to meet someone who showed up earlier. He tried asking how many people were in my party and if I wanted to sit inside or outside. I had previously told him I was meeting someone on the patio.....

We had Timothy as our server and he did an excellent job! I was truly impressed by him. He knew I liked the blue cheese there and brought me an extra one! He was very friendly, cordial and polite! Didn't crowd the table at all, he was at our table the right amount of times! Did a wonderful job and I think he deserves a promotion. He is management material!

The food was delicious! Came out piping hot too! Got the Peach habanero wings which were excellent! I wish they had the cool wasabi wings though! Those were my favorites and I'm sure they are quite popular. I would recommend bringing those back.

Food was really good and Timothy did an excellent job. He should...
