Garvey Center — Attraction in Rosemead

Our line dance group is mostly welcomed by the monthly participants at this very nice location, but there's a very small group of free-style dancers who are extremely rude and are actually physically confrontational and purposely annoying towards us. Unfortunately their main leader, a male, is related to the site manager, so not only does she not discourage their poor behavior, but actually addresses us over the microphone "to be courteous and stay in our area", when in fact that small group is the one continuosly forcing themselves in the middle of our group to try to disrupt our choreographies even when there's dance floor available...

The Community Center hands out meals to seniors on Mondays, (food for 2 days) & Wednesdays, (food for 3 days). Meals our handed out at 11:30 am. Walk-ins & drive through. I suggest you get there between 10-10:30 am. Limited amount of meals. Staff is great, very well organized. ...

Worst place to ever come. I’m a 15 year old caregiver to my to grandmothers & I don’t feel recognized as a caregiver with real responsibilities. Never coming again. Fix the program or shut down, or I myself will file a complaint...
