If this is not the best banh mi in all of Sgv and Oc, I don’t know of any place that can beat them. All cash by the way so come prepared. Their dac biet is the perfect sandwich and their daikon and carrots are light and bouncy with fresh jalapeno with the right amount of pate and butter. They have it down to perfection, nothing less. Had an open house and served it for homebuyers and they were blown away! Highly recommend! Cafe sua da is gold too, loved the shaved ice in the coffee and not too sweet. The ladies in the back are super sweet and you can buy the baguettes and freeze them, then 350 f for 6 mins in toaster or airfryer. Get the egg rolls, and pa te so is good too. My clients loved their vegetarian...

Meh. I was looking for some place to get lunch on my way back from Palm Springs to LA and found this place on Yelp. The Charcoal Pork Bahn Mi was mediocre on a so-so baguette. On impulse I also grabbed the giant steamed pork bun and that also wasn’t very good. There isn’t any atmosphere to speak of and while there is space for them, there are no tables and chairs. It’s strictly takeout only. Plenty of parking as most of the other businesses are gone in...

Cash only. The best banh mi according to Eater and it did not disappoint. The bread is freshly baked and the ingredients are fresh. The #1 comes in a roll while the #11 is a baguette. The #1 is classic while the #11 has less bread in each bite. It would be better if they layered the ingredients better, all the greens like cilantro and jalapenos were pushed to one side.
