I Luv Bowling — Attraction in Norcross

Place looked decent in the inside but the SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. I ordered the wings and asked for extra sauce I didn’t receive that I also ordered tacos for my friends that were there and asked for sour cream instead of the verde sauce and when I went to go try and give it back it’s a girl with a natural bushy hair she said I would have to pay for it I then began to explain to her I asked for sour cream when I ordered but insisted on me paying and I did just to enjoy my night after I get my wing I realized that by fries where extremely cold to the point where some tasted uncooked and RAW I begin to eat the wings and they didn’t have extra sauce and they were hard as a rock. I went back to the bar and told the girl once again she told me that’s how our kitchen makes the wings and I asked is there a way I can get a remake because the food wasn’t taste at all. She told we don’t do refunds but exchange then I asked for a manager because at that moment I didn’t think the girl wanted to HELP AT ALL she said one moment. As time went on 47 mins went by and our time bowling was over I went back and asked for the manger AGAIN SHE IGNORED ME HARD AND THEN WENT TO THE FOOD RUNNER to get the manager I guess he didn’t come back with the manager he was continuing his job and at that point almost a hour and a half went by and I hadn’t seen the manger at all. Therefore this experience was my last time visiting this bowling ally. There was nothing I LOVED about the bowling alley the food was cold and both over and under cooked I didn’t get my drink to come with my food after I ordered it I wasted my money and the service wasn’t...

So yesterday night me and 4 of my friends went here, after dinner. I was baffled at the manager/owner of the place. They charged us $10 for bowling which is fine, we got 4 pairs of shoes, and I personally did not want to bowl but paid the $10 entrance fee. $10 just so sit and have a drink with my friends. Whatever, we were 1 foot from the register and found out we had to go. 1 foot away from the register, keep in mind we stood there for a solid 30seconds to a minute before we realized we had to go. We went back up to the counter and asked for a refund because we genuinely had to go. They told us they could not give us a refund EVEN THOUGH there were NO SIGNS at all that stated no refund. The manager/owner digs through his unorganized space behind the counter to find a menu and shows us a small sign on the bottom of the menu that says no refunds. Keep in mind this was not visible what so ever. We ended up not bowling, paid $50 total. The manager/owner sounded so condescending it made matters worse. During the pandemic and everything going on, you would think they would try to give the best service they can. Instead, they basically scammed us out of $50. Oh, btw his excuse for not giving a refund was "we gave you guys the shoes"....

if i coukd give a 0 i would. The drinks were trash! Me and my family orders about 70$ worth of food and drinks , we got a buzzer for when our food would be ready. And luckily our food (the buzzer) buzzed when our lane to bowl was , so we went to grab our food and the people at the hookah bar where we were told to pick our food up told us it wasnt ready. We waited 10 miutes and checked again it wasnt ready we then noticed it had been a hour after we had order that we still havent recieved food i went to ask again about our food and told them its been a hour.. the person i spoke with went to check about where the food was and then 2 minutes later someone else walks up with our food telling me it was ready 50 mins ago. (*side note: the speaker is right next to where u get your food so u can not hear your self nor actually hear what the workers are saying)As I tried to explain that we came 3-4 times to pick our food up ) and the simple fact that we came when our buzzer buzzed they automatically took offense and caught an attitude asking me why i was yelling and Told me i can not have the food i paid for and kicked me out of the bldg.
