Honesty, some of the prices here are absurd. Just because a dress still has new tags on it does not mean charging an arm and a leg ($40!!!!) for it, I mean especially when it looks like it was cheaply made! Many of your prices are worse than goodwill... plus lots of junk to sift through.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in and out of your thrift stores thinking, “what a waste of time” considering the price points on so much of your clothing and other items. I’ve often suggested (to the hit-or-miss “friendly” employees) at your stores that y’all should have a day of the week when linens and clothing is all 50% off. We get that you have your color code sale thingy, but maybe you ought to re-think.. people drive out of their way to go to places like Salvation Army every single Monday (senior day) or Wednesday to get 50% off across the board. Just plain and simple it’s a way to drive in customers.

Too much “junk” to sift through to find the treasures. Just a suggestion to please throw out the trash and try to sell with more fair prices on your things and I may reconsider spending my hard earned...

I shop here a couple times a year, whether looking for a second hand kitchen item, or nice clothes for my girlfriend's kid. I have also found great gifts here- as well as practically new items (like a coffee press for under 5 dollars, brand new, and wonderful books, dolls, Christmas stuff). Prices are very reasonable and if you catch a tag sale, even better. I also have heard wonderful stories from long-time area residents about this ministry bringing adults back from the edge of hardship, addiction etc... and helping them with a new start in life. So I am about to donate lots of things that were given to me and I don;t need. There's usually only one person manning the store, maybe another in back, so if you are looking for personalized service, be forewarned. Indeed they could probably use more in the way of volunteers. Just very disappointed and Jericho's today I donate here I shop here I was here 12 minutes before they closed there was a guy outside the back door is open come out refuse to take brand new stuff clothes some new Christmas items decorations brand new in boxes he wasn't rude but he definitely was like ready to go home but then a lady came out taking out trash as she was snotty as I'm getting in a truck real rude have a nice day she didn't mean it it's just sad they're supposed to help people I'm sure somebody would have enjoyed clothes with tags on them and brand new Christmas items for a good price so off to find some other...
