JSK Jewelers — Attraction in Rosedale

I was in the mall dropping my daughter off to get her nails done and I had no intentions of purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band today. However I stopped in JSK Jewelers and was greeted by Uzzi. Uzzi made my shopping experience extremely smooth. I didn’t feel pressured into making a purchase. He worked out a deal with me if I agreed to make the purchase. I told Uzzi to give me 24 hours to think about it. I came in the following day, which was a little longer than 24 hours however, Uzzi stuck to the deal we made. I ended up purchasing my fiancé’s wedding band and a few other items. He even agreed to resize them if need be for free of charge. I will definitely be shopping with Uzzi again. The disrespect and horrible service is next level. Jimmy lied to me in my face and instead of taking accountability for what could have been a mistake, his response was pay this or were done. I do not recommend anyone go to this location. Instead of communicating a sales associate may have quoted you to low of a price, I was put on hold for over an hour and avoided. The sales associate never said another word to me and sent someone else to address me. After finally getting to Jimmy the “leader” He said knew nothing about it. Then changed and said well two people told me. He addressed me as if I was the reason for the problem. I had such a great experience at this jewelry store! Maddy and Shawn were both amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. The quality of the jewelry is top-tier, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Definitely my new go-to spot....
