Hip Hop Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

By far the worse place I’ve actually ever been and literally that’s saying something , only guys working so im assuming only them use the restroom I went in there the toliet seat looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months there was blood piss and unknown substances all just stained into the toilet seat and mind you the whole seat was falling off anyways , so I said no not even attempting with this bathroom so I continued to wait for my order 40 minutes go by and three people that ordered behind me got their food before I got mine that’s when I finally got up and was like ??? I was like what’s going on and my food was just sitting behind the counter getting cold I watched him grab it , and then I tell him the bathrooms disgusting and I’ve been holding my pee for 40 mins now cause they can’t even get 10 wings out literally that’s it no sides nothing just 10 regular wings and I waited 40 mins , I absolutely will never return to this location, others are fine this location needs to be shut down for health concerns (after seeing the bathrooms I would’ve never ate here ever it was a DoorDash order I was picking up and the pickup time was 6:01 and I didn’t get it till 6:30 which the pickup time is the time you should have the order by cause mind you I already had the order and still drove 10 mins there just for it still not to be ready and wait 30 mins in store) I let the person that ordered it know too cause with how dirty and nasty this building is I felt wrong not telling...

I must give credit where it is DUE & HIGHLY DESERVED after visiting this evening & once again a top notch exceptional customer service experience!!

PLZ forgive me for any misspelling of the name, however it is Important I attempt it n take the time to acknowledge him & the business itself as hard as it is to find ppl anymore who will detach for a second or who understands that IN ORDER for our Local Businesses 2 Survive Esp today, It is imperative that WE HELP SUPPORT THEM which in business today is done MOSTLY BY word of mouth & Online Google RATINGS & REVIEWS !!

I myself, having worked with the public in retail sales & mgmt, my success was founded n defined by 1 golden rule n still applies today.

Do WHAT OTHERS ARE NOT WILLING 2 DO, & TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE THINGS NO LONGER BEING DONE OR SEEN RELEVANT.

I'll start off by saying the whiting fish I had was very good wasn't over cooked had good amount of seasoning on it. Now on to the rest of my experience first off the customer service was horrible and very rude I asked the guy at the register if I could get extra seasoning on my chicken wings and he told me no that they put enough on it and that's when I informed him that no seasoning was put on my chicken but he still refused , then the litttle Hispanic guy putting my order in the bag didn't understand a word of English and he didn't give me my corn bread I paid for . The collard greens are okay they def aren't anything to go home and brag about to mom that's for sure , I give my whole experience a 1 star if anyone wants good hip-hop fish and chicken go to glen burnie one ,100 times...
