Jump-N-Jive — Attraction in Prairieville

The kids had fun but I wish I could say our experience was a better one. Pricing isn't horrible but it's too much for such a negative experience. No workers present in the play rooms during our 4 hour stay. The two workers behind the counter were watching TV in the lobby. As I walked through, the show playing involved 3 people holding guns to someone's head- NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A CHILDREN'S FACILITY!! No where online does it say socks are required for play. So I had to spend an extra $10 just on socks as they say it is required for cleanliness. However, the facility itself was not very clean, and very dated. Their bathrooms definitely need some TLC. My 3 year old son hurt himself because the toilet seat in the handicap stall slides from side to side. For a children's facility, things are not at a children's level (soap, sink, water fountain) and no stools for assistance. The slides themselves were pretty dirty and the majority of the balls in the ball pit were broken, smashed, or only half of a ball. Then they have Beanie Babies for sale in the lobby that they let children take and play with in the facility and put back on the shelf. I'm not paying $14 for a Finding Dory whale that has been through hell and is filthy. $4 minimum purchase to use a debit card seems ridiculous. Either have a no minimum policy or keep track of what we charge during our stay so that we aren't sliding our card 4 times throughout our stay. Snack and drink options were limited and not very child friendly. I wish I could say our experience was a better one, because I had heard decent things about this place, but we will not be back and most definitely will not be signing up for...

LOVE IT! The most important thing about planning a kids party is making sure that the kids are engaged, safe, and that you as a parent can also enjoy yourself at least a little bit after doing all the work of planning the party, and let's not mention paying for it. This facility and their staff gives you all of those, and it's honestly a steal when you come down to the price point. They provided the invitations, they called a couple days before to confirm everything, from there all we had to do was show up. We handed over the cake, decorations, party favors, and the treats we brought for our guests to the staff and went into the first jump room where my daughter and her friends could begin enjoying themselves almost immediately. By the time our party coaches moved us to the second jump room, the party room was all set up, beautifully decorated and I had no notes on how they laid everything out. It looked as if I had done it myself, and I have pretty high standards. They cut the cake. They pass out the pizza. The drinks are already poured and set up for the kids with plates. It truly is the lightest lift of a birthday experience, and just what my daughter wanted. Thank you for making Zoe's 4th birthday party a great experience...

We went for Family Night and had an amazing time. The space is huge in comparision to other indoor inflatable facilities we've visited. Reasonably priced pizza and drinks, although I do wish they had a few more alternatives for food choices. The kids really enjoyed Sparkles the clown, her sprayed facepaintings were beautiful and the balloon animals were adorable..with the amount of children that were there still was amazingly friendly and not the least bit overwhelmed. We will be returning for sure! Oh, and my husband and I were able to jump and slide with our toddler, I think we enjoyed that part a little more...
