Pokeworld Hibachi Express — Restaurant in Louisiana

The food here is amazing, we have been ordering from them pretty much since they opened. The prices are extremely reasonable as well-- in fact, the first time we ordered, my wife and I each ordered a bowl and a sushi roll, as we were not sure a bowl would be enough food at the price they were asking. Needless to say, we had leftovers.

The staff is absolutely incredible and a shining example of customer service. My most recent order through Waitr was marked as delivered, but we never received our order. I went to Pokeworld to see if the the order had actually been picked up; it had, and when I said that I would contact Waitr to try to get a resolution, the girl at the counter remade my order free of charge, no questions asked. They 100% earned my repeat business, and I highly recommend them to anyone that likes...

My hub and I would've given it 4 stars, but the service were not all good. The poke bowls were good but the sauces lacked some flavoring. I added chili pepper sauce to mines, so it wasn't as bland. My hub's bowl was quite flavorless so he didn't want to finish eating his. We loved that the proteins were fresh and had alot of variety. There were no tea to drink of any kind, so that was a downer. And the service...the guys were friendly. But the two young ladies there was not so customer service friendly. One of them was actually talking on the phone through her ear piece; THE WHOLE TIME, she was serving customers. We've been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Good, happy, friendly customer service and good food restaurants will last...

Went yesterday with my daughter . I my hello was a I be with you in 3 minutes . That is after I was already in there for about 10 minutes watching our food get cold . Finally I am about to get my food after she as made other orders . And I pay with a card to come find out my receipt says one thing and on my bank statement on my phone it say almost 10 dollars more . It seems someone decided I was going to tip them even though I didnt and left. Then we get home there isnt anything to eat with and there is only ONE napkin t. Then we go to eat and the food is way to greasy and it's falling apart .just nasty...
