Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Louisiana

Well not ever go to this restaurant again I've been to many of the Popeyes restaurants due to living in the South this particular one always gives me the wrong order or when I get to the window they give me an excuse on why they do not have my complete order I'm sorry but after 5 times of going through this and waiting 20 to 30 minutes in line in my car I refuse to give this place anymore of my business and also my friends will not visit this establishment as well I wish the manager would reach out to me so that I could tell him all of my experiences. Number one The rudeness at the window was astronomical due to a different race I am assuming that's how I was treated I am white they are black you figure that 1 out secondly don't take my order if you cannot fulfil it.. I recently visited the Popeyes location off Hwy 73, and unfortunately, the customer service was UNACCEPTABLE. My husband and I pulled up to the Drive-Thru. The store looked deserted, there was only one car in the parking lot. My husband politely spoke into the speaker to confirm they were open. Instead of responding respectfully, the young lady working the Drive-Thru began yelling “Sir, you need to wait a minute. There are other customers ahead of you.” My husband and I are baffled by her tone and looking around like…WHERE IS THIS LONG LINE OF CUSTOMERS THAT YOU SPEAK OF, Dear. Her tone was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. We decided to leave and will not be returning to this location.

This is by far the worst Popeyes I ever been to. Ever time I go there, there is never any chicken ready. Does not matter what time of the day. The last 2 times I went there at around 6-630 had to wait for chicken to be cooked. U can never walk in or do drive through and get your food without at least a 15-30 minute wait. Employees are very rude and could care less if you get waited on. I was in there last night and the drive through was 6 cars deep and 6 people in the lobby that hadn't even been waited on. I looked at the chicken rack and there were only about 6 pieces of chicken on it. I walked out and will never visit another Popeyes again.
