Katy Bingo — Attraction in Katy

So today was my second time coming, I was so excited to try one more time but I had a terrible experience because one person at the registrer didnt took the time for explaining me that I had to tell her at the moment that I was buying the computers that I was going to stay for both sessions. I was buying papers for two friends and she asked if the papers were for both sessions and i said they didnt knew yet if they were staying So she assume that i wasnt going to stay either and she set up my computers just for one session without letting me know. first session ended my computers stopped working and I asked one of the ladies over there and they told me that i was able to play in just 1 session and if i wanted to stay for the next one I had to pay 5 $ for each computer and I had 7. I told her it wasnt my fault because I didnt knew the rules and the person selling me the computers didnt explained to me. She just said the person who sold the computers already left so she couldnt do anything. I was mad and i wasnt going to buy anything because thats not fear if I didnt knew the rules so she said i had to leave the building. So I was kick out because if you dont pay for the next sessions you can not stay in the bingo. So if you are coming be carefull with this persons because they just want to overcharge you if they see the chance. And buy the way of you said at the biginning that you are staying for both sessions, there is no extra cost so why the would ask for 5$ if the first session ended? So just thinking did she just wanted to charge me 35$ extra just because?

Very rude the lady with yellow hair. I was trying to explain everything and she just turned around. If you are dealing with costumer service, you need to have patient, if not i think is not the right...

Will never come to this bingo hall again. I’m a registered nurse and I spend a lot of money at this bingo hall. I went this morning to their sister bingo hall and spent 500. I have been coming to this bingo hall before these current owners even took over. Today I came and and spent well over 500 before bingo even started. I won early bird computers but their floor employee only gave me 3. I called it to her attention as soon as I noticed. I bought 18 computers myself and won 2 computers and won an additional 4 computers meaning I should have a total of 24 computers. When I realized I was missing a computer I counted the computers I already set up and then realized I was missing one of my 18 computers. I probably would have never noticed that had she gave me the 4 computers. Rather than the workers trying to figure out what happened they basically acted as if I was lying. Why would I lie about 1 computer when I literally just bought 18. Well they do not have to worry about me playing here anymore. On top of that all they have to do is count the number of computers on my table which is 23. Or better yet they can review their camera and see that their incompetent employee only gave me 3 rather than being accusatory towards me. And I had planned to go to their sister bingo again tonight. But oh well I can save my money or use it else where. Good people always prevail. Which is why I won tonight and did not buy a single pull tab there after. Thank you guys again for how you treated me. God bless! Nevertheless I’m VERY offended. I would have tipped more than the cost of the free...

Overall - The staff is wonderful! I've been here a few times but every time I've had fun. I've even won once. Staff is attentive and the facility is clean. Good job Katy Bingo staff! I will definitely come here as often as I wish to play bingo. My advice is to come here because you won't regret it.

Facility - great facility! Always clean and the smoke eaters are wonderful. They do have a non-smoking section. They also allow you to bring in your own food, beer, and wine. Restrooms are always clean. The devices used to play seem to be always working.

Staff - always friendly. You have Quincy, Granny (I love granny!), Dante, etc. just to name a few. They are great and will help you get what you need. They even know some of their customers by first name. Some of them may look a little intimidating, but they're great nevertheless.

Quality - for the price you pay to play, this establishment does a swell job at the payouts....
