This is the third time I have bought chicken from this place to have it go bad. This time it was absolutely rancid and smelled up my entire home after 1 or 2 days of purchase. I have tried to return it to them and they say sorry, 24 hours is our return policy. The date on the chicken showed that it was still within its date yet it still went bad. The manager has no personality and no sense of customer service whatsoever, as you can see below in his response to this complaint. A complaint is being filed with the department of agriculture as well as the better Business bureau because there is certainly an issue with their food processing. He insults me by stating "it was left in a hot car" which it was not. The manager was rude and they could not care less about customer satisfaction. I shop at the store probably 2 or 3 times a week and rather than take his bad chicken back, he would prefer to lose a customer completely. It shows how dumb their practice is. During my visit, several staff members were openly gossiping about other employees and customers — loudly and in earshot of everyone. Some of the things being discussed were shockingly personal and had no place being talked about on the floor, especially in front of shoppers. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. It also leaves you wondering if you're being talked about the moment you walk away.

Read moreI placed an order at a bakery and I went in person to have my order taken, the woman who helped me didn't write anything down and I still left with doubts and the next day I called by phone and they told me if they knew about the order, what was my surprise on Saturday I placed my order for 12 noon and since it was difficult for me to get there, I called at 3 pm that please I would be late but if I would go pick it up and they told me that they had already sold it at 10 am because I didn't go, it is a total lack of respect since I was counting on that type of bread. I really will not go back and the girl on the phone was also very rude when she told me that I should order even more because it was 3 pm.
