King International Mart — Attraction in Sacramento

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with King Int Mart, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. This establishment's misleading pricing practices and dishonest habit of reselling opened items as brand new left me thoroughly dissatisfied and disillusioned. Here are the details of my regrettable experience: First and foremost, the pricing discrepancies were incredibly frustrating. On multiple occasions, I found items with incorrect price labels, causing me to anticipate a more affordable purchase only to be unpleasantly surprised at the checkout counter. It seemed like an intentional tactic to lure customers in with enticing prices, only to snatch them away with higher charges. Such practices are unacceptable and exhibit a complete lack of integrity. What further exacerbated my dissatisfaction was the fact that one product I purchased appeared to have been opened and used before. Despite purchasing supposedly new item, I discovered signs of prior openings, such as damaged packaging, missing item, and evidence of use. Hello everyone let me call your kind attention to the poor customer service at King International in regard to providing bread especially in the month of Ramadan ! If you want to save time avoid going to this store !

When you go to buy bread you have to spend almost an hour or more to get to chapati bread and that wait time is because one person comes and gets 200 or more bread at the time which is not fair for other customers waiting in the line for 1 or 2 bread or the max 4 .

The management of the store should limit the number of bread per person so that everyone can get their bread and can avoid wait time !

Please , I hope the manager and the management office read this review and do something about it .

Just today I saw a lady who came from Alameda County and bought more bread than expected .

People who need more bread should pre order the bread before?

I know some customers get more bread and sell them in other Afghan stores

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the cashier at your establishment. During my recent visit to your restaurant, (king International Market ) I experienced an issue that I believe requires immediate attention and action.

On Monday around 03:00 PM I was charged double for my groceries . Initially, I thought it might be a mistake, but upon further observation, it appears that the cashier may be intentionally overcharging customers and pocketing the extra money at the end of the day. I suspect that the restaurant is unaware of this behavior.
