Worst tint job ever!!! I have tons of bubbles and they scratched my windows. 1st I thought it was the honda dealership who scratched my windows but after them doing the tint a few times I see it's actually the guy with a pony tail making scratches in my tint on purpose. The 1st time I arrived I overheard him talking to a guy in a tow truck about studs and how he didnt like them probably due to a lack of self of esteem in himself. I am totally not satisfied and will never ever recommend this place to anyone. 400$ spent and if I wanted it removed they said they would only give me 300$ back. Ive contacted a lawyer and definitely going to figure this all out if he dont make it right. On top of it all he wanted me to leave my car overnight and that's not happening. I would not trust them, id feel like they can really mess my car up more and no thank you it was literally like 4 days after I purchased my car that I took it to them and my cars a 2025. The guy with a ponytail has poor customer service and can't do tint well at all. On top of it all he scratched my door with the steamer to remove tint. He dont care about other peoples property. My point is "DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT THE JOB GETTING DONE RIGHT". Dia the owner seems nice but he needs a new tinter and needs to be more on top of this guy. I have always done my own installs on my own, so I understand the minimum necessary to get a sound system working in pretty much any car. I had a 15" sub setup already with my daily driver and needed (if I'm being honest wanted) a newer and louder upgraded setup. I had a 15" Kicker Comp VR in a B-Box and their response to the box was in the funniest tone/joking manner...... "That's a nice speaker holder, but if you want an actual subwoofer box you'll need one of these." The guys at Arden Audio installed my first ever 12" Sundown Audio sub with a huge custom box, a new Pioneer touchscreen deck, new front door speakers to be able to keep up with the sub (and still have vocals/highs), cleaned up my wiring and mounted my amp. The new setup is so clean. They were so professional, funny, knowledgeable and utilized previous equipment of mine from the previous setups as to not have to charge me more for things I already had. I couldn't be happier with their service. My Basshead addiction is getting the best of me because I already want more and these are going to be the guys to do it. They also referred me to other local Audio stores that had other options and setups (showing me that they weren't there just for the money but also for the love of sound). Thank you Arden Audio. Spent a lot of money here. ALOT. Great that they carry sundown products as you cant get anywhere else, and as long as you keep the receipts (strong emphasis on keep the receipts) they will honor warranties. Had to unfortunately go back many many times to correct faulty work done by inexperienced audio technicians(pain in the a**!!). The good that came out of that is now I have learned how to do everything on my own, which I wish I would have known beforehand, but you gotta start somewhere I guess. The firewall hole that was punched was sloppy, and I have unnecessary drill holes in my trunk from moved/faulty grounds (which are now rusty looking), and my side panel clips are broken from the wiring and dont sit right anymore... But outside of all of that they did take care of me fairly well which is why my review isnt lower.. If you have a new car though, I would HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere. Or atleast taking pictures of all areas to be touched before work is done... out of all the local arden shops this one was by far the most honest, and saying that I have been to every other shop in this area (6+, that all tried to screw me harder than this place) so take that with a grain of salt and do...
