Update 9/25/25 - Once again, Macro IT saves the day. We were having issues with three computers in the office. Shea was over to us within a couple of hours and got two of the computers taken care of. She came back the very next day to fix the other since she needed to get a part. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough great things about this company. They do a great job providing services for the company I work for, Fusion Heating, Air Conditioning and Insulation and Fusion Pools. Any time we call with an issue, Leah is right there to help us and they have come to the store a number of times to help out. Larry gave me a great deal on a new computer for my wife that was already loaded with the latest software.

For any IT needs, personal or business, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't...

I've used Larry and his team two times now- both life saving events (in my mind) when it came to my technology not operating correctly. From a device that was slower than leap year to applications not syncing across devices causing ciaos in scheduling- we needed help!

Macro IT was able to give me a new drive that is lightening fast and his team Jody and assistant answered my frantic call yesterday after a week of trying to figure it out. She stayed on the phone with me for almost two hours, putting her work aside to make sure I could go about my business for the day!

Macro IT LLC is reliable for solving computer help - large and small size problems. I depend on them for in home and online help. Leah is amazing! She is knowledgeable, has patience, and listens until she understands what kind of computer help I need. She has guided me through emails, window sign-ins and downloads. The service is outstanding, and the fees are explained in advance and very reasonable. I left Norton and saved alot of money and have much better service.
