Your delivery men threw down the frame so fast it made a bang, then the mattress. I was out of there way around a corner, I was not able to see the stains under the mattress. And how could they have missed those stains on the bottom of the mattress. This isn’t a brand name mattress it’s your Hathaway brand. The mattress felt used with a new fabric cover and tags. This mattress sat on top of the box springs with a mattress cover I paid for from your store. I only had it for 4 days when I discovered it. I saw under the mattress when my neighbors helped me lift the mattress. I just had major surgery 3 weeks ago. After seeing this Health risk, I stored them on its side and have been sleeping in my recliner. The delivery men took away my mattress and box springs it was better than your new used bed. You company not only brought health risk into my home, but have made things hard for me at this time. I refuse to sleep on that.

Having looked at mattress and frame systems at their store, I finally purchased a set at the Multnomah County Fair.

Although I gave the sales person my cell phone to call, he wrote down my business number, and thus, I didn't get the call notifying of delivery.

When it was delivered and set up, to my not happy surprise, it was not what was ordered, and not what was clearly written on my receipt.

Speaking by telephone with the manager, I was given three options: Get my old bed back, after it had ridden all over town in a truck with other old mattresses, then stored temporarily in their warehouse; Come to the store and spend even more money on a different mattress; or, Live with it

The manager was to call back a few days later to learn my decision; and he again called the office number -- not my cell phone number that I gave him to call.

I'm "stuck" with the wrong mattress!

Also, I learned that the "25 year warranty" that comes with the mattress really isn't -- it's a very limited warranty. I'm the sucker on that one!

Do not buy a mattress from here. What they have on the floor is not what you receive.

After taking several weeks to deliver our bed, they deliver the wrong one. It is not comfortable at all. It is not the one we picked.

I have slept in this bed 2 times and have been miserable and tossed and turned all night long. I have shoulder pain worse than ever. Writing this review is hurting my shoulder. Every time I wake up at 6 o'clock in the morning it seems like seems like 6 o'clock has been lasting 4 hours just trying to get some sleep.

This bed feels like it's used and recycled. I will be trying to get my money back get my money back and this horrible bed out of my house as soon as they finally open. I am lying here in complete pain waiting for them to open after a 4 hour night of tossing and turning.

Not only that they still have not delivered our pillow and we have heard nothing back from them.

And the mattress cover that we paid a lot of money for makes the sheet slip all over the place. It is supposed to be a cooling mattress cover and it is not
