Millennium Palms Condominiums — Attraction in Oak Ridge

Whatever you do do not come to these condominiums they will tell you that is individually owned, which is true but they also control a lot of things that make your living situation here unbearable. They will Turn off your water with no notice. They will lie and say that is the Owner of the unit that controls it, which is a lie. Each time you call for any help assistance, they will not help you. Right now as we speak, the gate is shut and we are unable to get out. There is no emergency line if things happen in the complex on the weekend. During the workday in the office and no one. The water was shut off for three days, and they lied and told us that it was maintenance which it wasn’t true. They told us to go get buckets of water and fill it up at the pool to flush our toilets! This place is infested with rats and roaches. There is mold everywhere they just cover it with paint. There’s a lot of leakage coming from the top floors to the bottom floors and they won’t do anything but patch it up. There are holes in the ceilings where the mice will come through. They will poison your plants. This place is dirty is unorganized. There is no assistance and it is Very expensive for no reason. We have no amenities, whatever you see online is a lie. We have nothing here. We are alone here there is no support whatsoever. The only reason that a lot of us are stuck here is because it’s expensive everywhere else and unobtainable for most move so we are stuck. They do not care. Neighbors are disrespectful. They will throw trash in front of your door. Steal packages and even steal your tire valves. They will also scratch your car. Bang on their doors so loud the windows to your own apartment shakes. Parents don’t know that you can’t just birth a child and feed it honey buns/ pizza and just call it a day. They don’t know how to raise kids that know not to touch what’s not theirs. At this point I don’t even know how many kids they have since there’s always children running around at night. Lately they’ve gotten into shooting toy guns at night while screaming loudly not caring that some people have to rest because they work/study. Or just want some peace after a long day. They play recklessly with it without caring if they damage other peoples property. Not to mention my special neighbor constantly feel the need to throw some type of liquid by my bedroom window although they can throw it on their side or for godsake...

WARNING: All of the ratings you see above 1 star were done by friends of management. Before I moved here I lived in a 3rd world country, and I have never lived in an environment as horrible as this. Within a period of one year we have lost water 9 times. This last time there wasn't even a warning. They just shut it off. One time the complex didn't have water for an entire week. Our A/C has broken down more times than I can count. My master bedroom's fan has never worked, and there is only one working outlet in the entire room. We have not had a working light in the kitchen for a year now, and we have had to share the apartment with rats. I have to thank them for that though, because it helped me overcome my fear of roaches. Those don't even bother me anymore, I've become so used to them.
