They must not feel that VIOLATING HEALTH CODES is a big deal. After a dreadful experience last Saturday, I have reached out to Customer Service online and after no response, I called the "corporate office". I requested to be contacted in regards to my situation but still have not spoken with a manager after over a week. The representative over the phone also demonstrated poor customer service as I did not even receive an apology. I ordered online and after receiving the email my pizza was ready, went to pick up a simple large pepperoni. Upon entering the store, we explained my name and that I ordered almost 20 minutes ago, unfortunately I left my phone at my apartment that is 2 minutes away. The cashier went to check and the woman in the back began literally screaming "I ain't got no order for (insert name here) she gotta wait 20 minutes!" While the screaming was happening, I noticed a woman wearing pajamas, crocks and a shower cap walking in the store from the street. The woman proceeds into the store and walks behind the counter in the employee area! She then began to use their ingredients and started to put them on her food that she got from next door! Ironically, she was right next to a sign that read "all employees must be in full uniform". The employees let her come in and use their stuff without washing her hands and wearing pajamas! Unfortunately I did not have the chance to take photos, however I'm sure this can be found on camera footage. After being dumbfounded by the woman in her pajamas, I noticed a pizza in the pick up area had a receipt with my name on it, I explained this to the cashier after the lady in the back decided to stop screaming throughout the restaurant. She said "Oh you can just take it" so I did. After getting home, I noticed the receipt did say my name, but the box was someone else. I received someone else's old, cold pizza that was not at all what I ordered. Clearly, they didn't place my order and were trying to get rid of an old pizza. I tried calling the store, however they yet again, took their phones off the hook because they can't handle heavy demands for pizza. I've overheard them saying "just take the phone off the hook" in the past. I stopped going to this location for about 3 years after hearing this and seeing a woman take three pizzas out of the oven and then seeing her hair glide across them. I thought since it had been years, they got new staff and things had changed, I didn't realize how much worse it would be. The fact that management hasn't reached out to me yet is unacceptable as not only are rules and codes being broken, but the team is rude and careless. Do not go to this location if you care about the ingredients on your pizza being touched by random people from the streets who are walking in team areas wearing clothes they sleep in. If you want respect from people, also, I recommend going elsewhere. Papa Johns is less than a mile away, it's worth the...
Read moreHad an awful experience returning a pizza because my pizza was made incorrectly and sloppy, there were slices of pizza that did not have pepperoni on the pizza at all, the pizza barely had cheese on it to the point where I was able to see the excessive amount of pizza sauce throughout the cheese, and had more crust than ever before about 2in. I talked to an employee about the situation and explained to him what was wrong...he tells me he will make another one but if I want more pepperoni I would have to order what is called the most bestest...he clearly missed the point of the entire pizza being sloppy...then he states it's just a $5 pizza that's how a standard pizza comes, where else are you going to find a $5 pizza with arrogance... He also said they dont make their money of off a $5 pizza they make more money of off the chicken wings and deep dish so he didn't need my $5 he said this infront of other paying customers buying the $5 pizzas. I told him he shouldn't speak to a paying customer like that because this place is built of off $5 pizza's. So I asked him for his name and he points at his chest with no name tag...realizing he does not have a name tag after he pointed at his chest being hesitant to give me his name, he then pulls his name tag out his back pocket and flashes it at me trying to cover his name tag with his fingers...but was able to read it and it said Zaine..I told him I'll pay the extra I just want the pizza done right, how a paying customers should receive their pizza. IF LITTLE CEASERS DONT CARE ABOUT OUR $5 LIKE MANAGER ZAINE PROCAIMS...
Read moreWe tried to order online, and then on the app, both were unavailable at 9:30PM when closing was at 10pm. So we arrive at 9:46 PM and Erika, at the counter, said it’ll be 10-15 minutes. I expected that because they aren’t going to have a bunch of pre made pizzas during the last 45 minutes. Two potential customers were turned away at 9:50 PM and 9:53 PM because “we close at 10 and won’t have it done by closing so we unfortunately can’t make anything else tonight. We can only serve what is already made which is cheesy bread”
As a restaurant business, if your hours listed say open until 10pm, you are open to guests until 10pm, not expecting to have every order out by 10pm so you stop accepting orders much before closing. It’s unprofessional especially from a large franchise On top of that, I placed an in-person to-go order. We’re walking out and she started following us to lock the door behind us and we stopped because we noticed the box was not a deep dish box. So I waited 17 minutes and the order was wrong. I said can we get a deep dish because that’s what I ordered. She told me that they can’t make a new one since its 10. I said but the order is wrong, it was supposed to be deep dish. So after almost 20 minutes, the order was wrong and my only option was a refund. She talked over me twice while I was asking for a deep-dish after we were served the wrong food. I know it’s quick service, but basic customer service. I’m not usually picky, I’ve worked in restaurants for years. If you’re open til 10, you’re open til 10 and I’d you mess up an...
