Monet Monet — Attraction in Santa Rosa Beach

Monet Monet provided an absolutely stunning and seamless wedding day for me, my husband, and our family and friends. We booked this venue over a year in advance and worked closely with Cheri and her team throughout the process.

As a Memphis native, this was a destination wedding for us, and Monet's team made the planning so easy. They truly made my mom's and my life effortless! The vendors they partner with are exceptional—we used Greenhouse Florals, DJ Darrin, and Pastor David Butler through Monet, and each one was amazing. Every vendor took the time to meet with us individually, understand our vision, and go above and beyond to make it happen!

Cheri and Melinda were incredibly helpful and accommodating, speaking with my mom and me many times to craft the perfect day. Jackie, our day-of coordinator, made me feel like a legit princess. I didn’t have to think about a single thing—she had everything covered and taken care of. Jackie also looked after us throughout the evening, constantly checking in to ensure we were happy and stress-free. There wasn’t a single moment of worry or concern.

We did our ceremony on the beach and then the reception at Monet, which is absolutely stunning. It has such a unique French château, antique, garden party vibe. It was an amazing transition to go from the beach and then feel like you’ve been transported to a whole new world at Monet Monet.

We also used Monet for our rehearsal and hosted a beach bonfire, which was SO MUCH FUN! The food at both events was incredible, the bartenders were lively and engaging, and the service was top-notch. All of my friends and family are still talking about how much fun they had! Monet Monet made planning a wedding feel effortless because of how much they handle, execute, and coordinate themselves. Beautiful wedding. TERRIBLE management of your money and details leading up to wedding. After a beautiful wedding, I still often wonder how the company behind Monet Monet weddings is still in business. Cheri is abrasive and obnoxious and that’s being very kind. Please watch your checking account because we had thousands and thousands of dollars automatically taken out without our approval. We had more than $5000 deducted two days in a row “by accident“ and more than $7000 taken out only to discover after calling the office that “it was supposed to be taken out of the checking account linked to another wedding“. Seriously? If it had been my wedding, I would have pulled up stakes and looked elsewhere almost immediately upon dealing with this racket. However, it was our daughter’s wedding and it’s what she wanted so we persevered. Our wedding coordinator for the day, Becca, was excellent. The food was some of the best most wedding guests have ever tasted. However, Cheri and her office assistant were so poor at their jobs, it still boggled my mind at times. It rained towards the end of the evening so we couldn’t have our sparkler exit. Still waiting for that refund. The...

I attended my friends wedding this past weekend here, and while it was a gorgeous place, it is located in the middle of a neighborhood, 50 yards from neighboring houses. They had a live band playing on the grounds, but as good as they were, we were never able to really get the party going. Every time we got out there to dance, someone would come up and tell the band to turn everything way down. It happened over and over again. I even overheard the wedding coordinator telling the band that unless they turned down again, the cops were going to show up.

I was able to hear this all too well because I was basically standing right on top of the band just to be able to hear them play and dance a little.

If you are going to have a small gathering with a string quartet, this place would be fantastic, but they market it for events as big as weddings, and no... absolutely a horrible place for live band or DJ...
