I have been coming with my mom to this shop for almost two years. When she first began being serviced by Lennie (the nail who always has her dog), she could walk. Due to medical issues, she uses a wheelchair to get to and from this establishment. Her love for Lennie is why she continued to visit the nail shop despite her difficulties. -Disrespectful Comments Our visits have primarily been without incident; however, during today’s appointment, Lennie ā€œturned into another person.ā€ Lennie did not want to book more than two appointments at a time because my mom’s medical condition requires her to cancel sometimes, which is fine. However, she said this purposely loud enough for my mother to hear, which was unnecessary. She immediately left to walk her dog. I waited until she returned from her walk to clarify when she would be traveling out of the country so that I could make sure I made a note of this when scheduling other appointments. I did not know she was on the phone, but when I approached her she yelled ā€œI’M ON THE PHONE.ā€ Her tone was so alarming that another patron who observed her approached me while I was leaving and attempted to apologize on Lennie’s behalf. She said, ā€œI’m sorry, maybe she was having a bad day." I re-entered the shop and waited for her to end her phone call at the front kiosk to explain that I did not want her to continue speaking to me or my mother in that manner. When she saw me standing there, she yelled to the front of the shop, ā€œWhat? How else can I help you [my name]?ā€ to which I heard an audible gasp because of the nastiness and pure vitriol in her tone. - Discrimination I began to confront Lennie on the fact that she ignores my mom while doing her nails, and when she does speak, she is rude and slightly mean. Whenever my mom tried to talk to her with casual conversation, Lennie would ignore her; if she did not ignore her, she gave terse responses. However, we would watch her next client come, and Lennie would begin speaking and laughing like it was a close friend. All within our earshot. Lennie admitted she ignores her on purpose. She said the reason she ignores her is because my mother told her that when she kept suggesting appointment times that she could not make because of her disability, it was very hurtful. Lennie said so the best way to handle the situation was to completely ignore her and make her sit in silence for 4 hours during her services. There was only no silence when Lennie would make telephone calls and talk to someone else through the whole service. She prefaced this with, ā€œYes, I ignore your mother. You want to know why?ā€ -Removal of Reviews During this confrontation, I told her the customer who apologized to me outside was not the first to complain about how she treated my mother. Another customer (Brandi) wrote a review about this issue. Lennie called my mom one morning, upset about this review, and asked if she felt mistreated. Fearing losing her nail tech, she said no. Lennie then asked us to write a fake review to support her. Later, Lennie told us that she called another client of hers, ā€œTC,ā€ to come to the shop and confront Brandi outside of Bus Boys & Poets and threatened her to remove the review. Lennie began yelling and saying it was not true. However, Lennie could tell TC that when Brandi was leaving, she had driven a reddish-colored Porsche, and she was sure it was her because she had matched her up via Cash App. After admitting this happened and telling her I had proof of what she said to my mom, she called TC on FaceTime and began telling her what was happening during our discussion. TC then berated me, screaming, ā€œIsn’t your mom getting her feet done? What the f— are you doing? She needs to be getting her feet done, and you over here talking about this s— to Lennie? I’m going to call the Police on you b—.ā€ Essentially, she repeated the same behaviors I had confronted her about, this time in a shop full of customers. I am suing this establishment for her admitted discrimination. Please see screenshots of Lennie's behavior.

I will never be back and will never spend a dime here again! Today had by far the worst manicure and pedicure experience that cost over $100.00. The nail tech today was extremely disappointing. She did not do any of the services that were described under services, and the painting job was horrible. I tried to ask on multiple occasions for her to redo or please slow down. She placed the UV dryer over my color three times and ruined my color. She also soaked my nails in Acetone for over 45minutes. Which made my natural long nails extremely soft. I wanted to cry because of how bad they looked after two hours. The gel is already peeling off. Horrible job!

This place is going down since the new owners are taking place. They used to take their time with manicures and pedicures now they rush as if they are on a timeline. I have been going here for 7 years and sad to say I keep trying to come back and give them a chance and it get worst everytime. I went to get mani and pedi and the following issues were present: The chair I was sitting in would only massage on one setting and it barely moved as if was broken. It also felt sucked in and was very uncomfortable to sit in The nail tech would take the cream and oil- put it on my big toe and "spread" it on my other toes- here is the kicker- there was NO product on any of the other toes at all. She pushed my cuticle back on my big toe and TOUCHED my nail with the cuticle pusher. I asked her if she was going to push my cuticles back she lied and said she did- which she didnt- when I called her out on it she went back and did it the proper way At the end she was to spray alcohol on my toe nails to remove the oil before painting......she sprayed the bottle...nothing came out...she again PRETENDED to wipe the other toes as if she is spreading the alcohol. What are your spreading if nothing came out? My toes go 0 alcohol spray and the piece of paper towel was bone dry For my nails she soaked my nails for 5 seconds and immediately tried to go in and cut my cuticles. Lets be clear she did the same thing on my toes. And for the straw that broke the camels back. She put my hands in "paraffin' wax - it dried in 2 seconds TOPS where i though was weird since I have been getting this service for years and my sister works at high end salons as a therpist and has used this on me frequently. In the past they would wait about 5-10 mins before peeling off. WHEN I TELL YOU THIS DRIED IN RECORD TIME. As I was trying to figure out what was going on I balled my hand in a fist and it ALL CRUMBLED AND FELL OFF MY HANDS!!!! Immediately I knew they either 1. cut it was something cheap 2. Used an actual cheap product. When I told the lady that this was not normal she had the nerve to try and tell me "it was expensive" that is why it did that and I told her it was not expensive but cheap. Her response was an insult to my intelligence. I would not recommend this place at all! If they are cutting this product imagine what other products that could be cutting or swapping out for cheaper products. I hate to say it but...

A few months ago I visited PG Nails and Spa(By Busboys) and my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff had a very welcoming demeanor. The atmosphere exuded relaxation, with a chic and clean interior. The music was calming and the smell was pleasant. I overheard a few of the clients mention the name Luna and I requested her. Luna was phenomenal. I absolutely love love love experiencing people who are skilled at their craft. When life gets busy I pluck my own eyebrows at time making them really thin. Luna demonstrated an exceptional level of skill and precision. She was able to clean the unwanted hair and shape my brow in a way that allowed me to have a beautiful shape that made my eyes pop but also left the hairs necessary to allow my eyebrows to grow back to a fuller brow. I waited another four weeks because the shape lasted and I went back again requesting Luna. Once again I was very pleased with the time she took to shape my brows perfectly. She was very gentle with the waxing and plucking. What truly sets Luna apart is her attention to client satisfaction. She always asks me to look at my brow to see if I am pleased with the shaping and precision and I always am. She always washes her hands before touching my face and places down a clean paper towel for me to lay my head on which I really value and appreciate. I highly recommend PG Nails and Spa(By Busboys) and if you are able to request Luna. You will be extremely pleased by your experience. The hygiene standards at PG Nails and Spa(By Busboys) were impeccable, with sterilized tools and a commitment to cleanliness that was evident in every step of the process. This salon and Luna are a standout choice for anyone seeking a top-tier nail and eyebrow experience. You will leave not just satisfied, but...
