Horrible place. Disrespectful employees, liars and will try whatever lie to get your money. MY STORY I went to get my inspection done. The guy that did it came to me and said I needed a wiper! I told him go on and do it. Then he came to me again and told me that now I needed a gas cap! I told him that I would come back with it fixed. He said I had 15 days. I asked him if the car needed anything else, I asked him 3 times. He said that just the gas cap. I came back on the 7th day. The guy wasn't there so another man tend to me in a very rude and disrespectful way. I told him what happened and he proceeded to do the inspection, he got in and said that the check engine light was on. And I told him that yes it has been on for about 2 months cause I'm missing one engine mount (has nothing to do with inspection) he proceeded and then says I need an air sensor, I showed him the receipt that I had recently fixed that, he then said well you need to get it fixed again and that the first guy wasn't supposed to do the inspection with the check engine light on ( he still did) I explained to him that the previous guy said I only needed the gas cap! He said that wasn't his problem. He then said go to the mechanic that fixed the sensor and ask him what happened. I told him that I could do that, but due to work and travel I couldn't go within the 7 remaining days. He said, do it and I promise you that I will take your car after those 15 days. I came back, nothing was wrong with the car, it was supposed to pass inspection. I talked to BRYAN who states to be the owner and boss. He said that he remembers me but that I have to pay again cause the 15 days passed. I talked to him and he remembered yet he was really disrespectful and said either you pay for the inspection now or leave. And walked away while I was talking to him. I walked towards him and said it was disrespectful the way he was talking to me and he just kept going around the shop ignoring me completely, like I wasn't even there! Please don't read just my review, as you can see this is a really bad place that should shut down. Most of all for their...

I hate to leave paragraph long reviews, but this is absolutely necessary; Innocent people who support local small business shouldn’t have the pay the consequences of someone’s irrational, negative attitude and lack of customer service skills.
A couple of days ago, I arrived to this establishment to get an inspection done on my motorcycle. From the beginning, I should have seen the red flags. I arrived and the guy who claims to be the on-site manager, stood there for about a minute, with a blank stare on his face just looking at me. I asked him “can you help me?”
Shouldn’t that be his job?
I asked him, “how much are your inspections?”
And he quickly replied, with a crude and vulgar attitude:
“ITS THE SAME AS ANYWHERE ELSE YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS”
I just moved from out of state, so no, I shouldn’t.
Fast forward, he said “the inspector will take care of you” and to my surprise, it’s a homeless gentleman; unkempt, filthy, smelling like cigarettes.
The “inspector” walks away and I ask the “on-site manager” where he wanted me to pull my motorcycle too. Before I could even finish my sentence, he cuts me off and replies,
“I’m not the inspector, the inspector is over there, go ask him!”
I immediately get back on my bike and leave. I wasted 20 minutes of my time that I will never get back, watching these morons attempt to do work, that even a 5 year old could have done better. The “on-site” manager reminds you of that fictional movie character “Slingblade”, because he sits there with a blank stare on his face. As I waited there, people kept coming and he just sat there on his phone, as if the customers were a nuisance, and bothered him every time someone new showed up.
I will never visit this establishment ever again. But I do hope the owner does something about the individuals...

I approached the guy who was working on the car to ask if they had the ability to put air in tires. I wasn't necessarily expecting them to do it for free, but just wanted to know if they could do it. He says no, my gauge is only in kilograms. I said what? You don't have a normal gauge that shows you pounds? Nope, he says. I said, Why? That makes no sense. He said, because that's what the owner gave me. Meanwhile, a young guy overheard the conversation and was going around to the tires checking them and adding air as needed. I said to that guy, were you able to check the air pressure? He said yes. I said well, the other guy told me that you only have a gauge which shows kilograms. He then showed me the gauge, which did show kilograms. And he then turned the gauge and the opposite side showed pressure in pounds. When he finished, I thanked him and gave him a nice tip. I then went over to "Stanley" (I think the guy said - altho I've seen another review which named a "Sandy" who reportedly was as nasty as this guy), and I said, You really shouldn't lie to your customers. It's not a good look. He said, I didn't lie! I said, I just saw your gauge that measures pressure in pounds. So you did lie to me. He got ugly and said, we don't do extra services for free! Do you see a sign here (points to wall) that says what services we do? I said, I didn't ask you to do it for free. I simply asked if you could do it, and you lied so you didn't have to be bothered with it. Completely disgusting. I will NEVER go back there, and would caution others to avoid this place...
