Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Jersey Village

Came in today just looking for what I could find and when I did find some stuff I walked to the fitting room to realize that it was closed which was fine because they had some in the front. I had to use the restroom so I left my shopping cart near the front and tried to look for an employee to let me use the restroom. I walked towards a woman and I really wish i got her name but she was African American and a little bit on the heavy side with black hair and a mask on. I asked her and said I know the fitting room is closed but is the restroom open? She said no it’s not. Which would be strange because if your on a shift how would you use the restroom?? Anyways I knew what she was saying was a bold face lie so I went to another employee to see if she could oen it for me. She had kind of black and grey hair, was short with glasses and I believe white/hispanic/ or middle eastern. She was very nice and opened the door for me but I’m still yet to wonder why the woman before didn’t allow me to use the restroom and said it was closed? There wasn’t even any spills or anything in the restroom idk if she just didn’t want to open it. Other wise the woman after her was very nice and so was the African American cashier that was...

I strongly urge the corporate office to visit this location and assess the staff that has been hired. The level of service and blatant rudeness I experienced here was unlike anything I’ve encountered at any other Ross in Houston. It's absolutely unacceptable to treat paying customers with such disregard.

The store was in complete disarray….fitting rooms and restrooms were filthy, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing. Several employees were wearing headphones clearly on the phone talking and visibly ignoring customers who were asking for help. It seems they’re currently hiring; I sincerely hope they bring in someone capable of turning this store around and holding the team...

I came to Ross early one Sunday morning and the store was incredibly clean and neat. The cashier Sharice was very friendly and professional, I chose some doc martens that had a few scuffs and I wanted to ask if the manager would consider a small markdown as the shoes were reasonably priced but if they were in perfect condition. Mr.Johnny the manager inspected the shoes and offered a small discount. I was thoroughly pleased with both Mr.Johnny and Ms. Sharices's professionalism and customer service.
