This place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hate making reviews like this, but again I have to warn people where to spend their money.

When I entered the building no one greeted me, it was one older lady behind the counter, and one on the floor. I spoke first, I then found what I came in for. I wanted to try on what I found, so I politely asked for a fitting room. The response and attitude I received from the lady on the floor was so bad, “ No you can’t because they’re closed”. I did try to slip the scrub bottoms on over my shorts to see if they fit, but she had been watching me anyways. She goes, “Ma’am you can’t try clothes on”. At this point I’m just ready to go, I grab what I had and proceeded to check out. Usually in retail the cashier ask you have you found anything you were looking for, when I tell you it was dead silence. She rings my scrub set up, and THEN proceeds to tell me, “ You can’t mix two different sizes”, I already KNEW that they weren’t different sizes, and reassured her that they weren’t different sizes. She then back tracks (not even listening to what I said) after I paid and says “Oh, they are the same sizes”. I just asked for a refund. Yes, right after I put paid because I refuse to spend my money with businesses that don’t value me as a customer. Don’t...

This store has gone down and the people there are ver uncarring and unprofessional. I went to do a return and I gave my contents along with my receipt to the cashier. She started that she was new and didnt know how to do a return. That fine but when the manager got to the front to take care of me the cashier had lost my receipt and lied about me not giving it to her. She didnt really look for and to top that off the manager didn't really do or offer anything to help in the situation. I just got fed up with the situation and told them to give me a store credit. Do not spend any of your hard earned money here! Wish i could give zero stars to this dirt hole! I walked out of the store after the rude stuck up for no apparent reason cashier started to put socks back into an open bag for resale... I stood at her register for a minute and finally the next lady at the register said "i guess I'll take you over here" when i started to move over that rude one proceeded to "help" the next customer that was behind me. Maybe you have to be black to shop here. Needless to say i walked out and took my money elsewhere! If the owner wants to make any money i suggest hiring a new non...
