Planet Fitness — Attraction in Lynwood

It is extremely disappointing considering I was very excited to see this location open near the community of Watts and Willowbrook it offered an affordable way for those in the community to address and meet their fitness goals however in the short time that I have been a patron at this location I have been met with poor communication and extremely rude behavior from the staff and nonchalant attitude from the manager. The fan was not not on at this location and when I asked if the fan could be cut on a staff member blew me off after waiting approximately six minutes yes I timed the wait I had to go to the front Desk the staff member there informed me that the fans were not on due to Covid I asked why all she did was say it was because of the pandemic when I inquired with management he told me it was due to a fire alarm routine cleanup that they have to do however again he was very nonchalant and extremely rude I have a medical condition that was affected by the lack of airflow at this location it is sad that this community has a stigma and it is businesses like this that Contribute to the poor and negative stigma that this community has with their poor service this is why many in the community would rather support a gym at a different location or business outside of the community because businesses come and they treat the patrons with little or no respect had I had a lupus flare up it would’ve been all bad for planet...

I have been a black card member for over 5 years, and have visited locations from Florida to California and everywhere in between. I had to write a glowing review for this particular location, because I was truly impressed and appreciative of one of your newer employees/team members. CELIA, was an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to meet while she was doing bathroom cleaning duty. I have to admit I have become accustomed to the employees at most PF locations appearing disgruntled, irritated, and just seemingly miserable in general while cleaning the bathrooms, it is always a negative vibe when you are at the gym and an employee comes into the restroom and begins slamming doors and objects loudly and clearly unhappy to be cleaning the bathroom, treating the guests as nuisances. Celia was an absolute joy to encounter. She was clearly happy with her job, performed her cleaning duties with a smile, and doing a GREAT JOB! The bathroom was spotless! And to top it off she even engaged me in positive conversation rather than treating me as an invisible/irritating guest. Please 🙏 🙏 recognize this amazing employee of yours, she is a rare gem and a huge score as a great person to have as...

My favorite planet fitness thus far. It’s clean it’s spacious and once you learn the best times you go without it being busy it’s a great setting. The workers are always cleaning and dusting organizing restocking especially Amy and Ashley . Amy always greets me with huge smile and she always make sure she tell you to enjoy your workout! Which kind of in turn make you enjoy your workout. Ashley is always smiling always friendly always cleaning and always going the extra mile to help. The trainer is super cool too forgive me I don’t recall his name but he knows his stuff so if you’ve been hesitant give him a shot you won’t regret it. Over Night shift is my favorite I don’t know the young guys name but his energy is contagious!! He’s always in a good mood always restocking as well. The gym can be really dusty and muggy but not this planet fitness. I really enjoy this one out of all and I’ve been to quit a few but I must say that they took their time when they built this gym. They have 6 stair masters. Pf360 . Row machines free weight Dumbbell and more. If you get a chance go in check it out it’s easy sign up and it’s worth investing into your health.
