Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

Pizza is almost always good . The wings are never good , actually they’re disgusting. Something has been bothering me about delivery. We have to pay nearly $6 for delivery , a couple more $ for service fee and what not Probably other hidden fees , but need to come out and find the car because they’re parked in front of a different address. Ever since I was a kid I remember delivery was going to the customers door. What happened to that type of delivery? Another thing. Are people scared of the city of Watts? I live in Watts and not dangerous at all! I’ve lived in Watts for 2 1/2 years and always have to go search for the scary delivery person hiding in their car. Since I'm new to the area they had to call and verify witch it never stated when placing my order I'll be receiving a call. I missed the call and called back to hear my order was canceled, they replaced the order when I called with attitude .when it arrived, the pizza was disgusting for the family it was very gooey and falling apart (uncooked) like the oven was out of service. I called back immediately they gave me a hassle. I said well done and the manager said ok, they delivered me the pizza again the same results like there's something wrong with the oven or like the urban neighborhood doesn't deserve a decent pizza with the money we pay. This was the worst experience I have ever received! The "manager" was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Initially was put on hold 3 times just to place the order. I called for assistance after my pizza had arrived destroyed. The delivery driver asked me to walk to his car to retrieve the pizza. Which I have never heard of before. I took my pizza inside to enjoy, only to see that my pizza had been flipped upside down! It looks like the driver dropped it on the floor then picked it up and put it back in the box.
