I have been taking my computers and getting upgrades from Rising Sun for some years now but this is my first review and I am so pleased to do this one...I tried to upgrade to windows 10 and something didn't go write so the first person i thought of was Eric and did not hesitate to get in touch with him...Explained my problem and took the computer to him..These are the things i like about the way he conducts business, not only does he listen to you he will also give you options for your problem and he is not trying to sell u product he is building relationships that last. He was able to recover all (ALL) my files and it was as if nothing happen to my computer and he informed me that soon i will have to upgrade to keep up with the changes to windows...Well guest where i going to get my upgrade from..Rising Sun Computer a place that makes you feel important and welcome....THANKS...

I called Rising Son's to see if my kindle HD fire 8 can be repaired, ( not charging when its plugged in eventhough the indicator say it is ). very nice, neat professional environment . Eric worked hard on the kindle to try to get it to work, (he brought new parts , changed out the USB port and smooth some things down but it still would not hold its charge but he did not give up on it, he worked on it until I picked it up (dead) he offered to rebuild the kindle if i choose too I appreciate the time he dedicated on that equipment and the advice he gave me on useing USB chargers as replacement they might/ maynot be compatible for the device your useing. I turned around and gave him another kindle to repair, I think this one will...
