Alright, buckle up, pancake lovers, because we need to talk about IHOP. Specifically, we need to talk about the sheer poetry that is their pancakes served with a side of crispy bacon. Let's start with the star of the show: the pancakes. These aren't just any flat discs of batter; they're fluffy clouds of golden goodness. They arrive at your table, stacked high and radiating a warmth that promises comfort and satisfaction. Each bite is a delicate dance between a slightly crisp exterior and an unbelievably soft, almost melt-in-your-mouth interior. They possess that perfect hint of sweetness, just enough to tantalize your taste buds without being cloying. Honestly, theyโre the kind of pancakes that make you close your eyes for a moment, just to savor the simple perfection. And then, oh then, there's the bacon. Forget those flimsy, barely-cooked strips you sometimes encounter. IHOP understands bacon. Theirs is often thick-cut, cooked to that ideal point where it offers a satisfying snap with every bite, followed by a burst of savory, smoky flavor. The saltiness of the bacon is the yin to the pancakes' yang, a counterpoint that elevates the entire experience. The combination? Pure genius. The sweet, airy pancakes practically beg for the salty, crispy crunch of the bacon. It's a textural and flavor symphony that just works. Each bite of pancake followed by a nibble of bacon (or even better, a forkful of both!) is a little moment of breakfast bliss. It's the kind of meal that sets your day off on the right foot, leaving you feeling content and utterly satisfied. IHOP, you've truly mastered this classic pairing. Your pancakes are legendary for a reason, and the way you serve them alongside that perfectly cooked bacon? Well, it's nothing short of breakfast perfection. If you're looking for a truly amazing and comforting start to your day, look no further. IHOP's pancakes and bacon are a match made in...

At this point of asked for a Manager stono manager came to assist me and I asked for silverware and one more regular syrup I was told that they don't give those out. I paid for 3 breakfast meals and waited inside for 30 minutes...this place is ridiculous it's a joke no 1 should spend their money to get this low quality of customer service or my now cold food. I asked for the manager again and she comes from the table where she was eating with her sister and apologized but she watched me stand there all that time but I guess her sister was more important than her job. You've lost a customer who regularly spent money here. The manager gave me a story how Employees were giving away food and she told them not to give away anything extra anymore so the reason why they wouldn't get my Order Straight was because they were instructed to not give away anything extra this manager is ridiculous you should always make sure that your employees are giving good customer service and this was terrible I promise you you will not get my business anymore and then to try to offer to take and Refund me for the French toast i don't need a hand out I can afford my own food I expect it to be right and ready when I come to pick it up especially when I didnt get there until 6 minutes after I was told it...

I was a little disheartened because it was 6 something in the morning and the place was a little dirty as if the night shift didn't take the time to really clean. The manager came out and talked to us which made the experience soooooo much better. She explained that she was new and has been working with staff on certain things and trying to get them to care about their work and the customer's experience. We thanked her for coming to talk to us and I mentioned to her that the place was to dirty for hardly nobody just being here. She did explain that they are open 24 hours, etc. I understood, but I told her that whether staff realizes it or not, it's a reflection on her and that restaurant. Had she not explained some things to us, we probably wouldn't have considered coming back although the food does taste better.
I did notice that the kitchen was cleaner when they go through the door and that's a good thing. However, under the register that in the sitting area was dirty, some tables were dirty, our table was dirty, there were has browns and other food on the floor, a glob of hair on the floor leading into the women's bathroom, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
So, for what it is worth, the food does taste better, the new manager is nice and friendly, she's trying to make a difference and to get them to change their mindset, and I think that this location should be given a chance to see if there are any further improvements. Her heart and passion is in what she's doing, but her team has to step up and come through...
