Salon Lihga — Attraction in Norcross

I booked the appointment for cut and color. The Lady told me to reach my desired color we need to bleach it. Which is fine for me and I'm willing to pay (appr. 300$). She then said we don't have time for bleaching and it would be so expensive which is confusing since I book with color and I'm the costumer and brings you the money. She seems like she doesn't want to bleach my hair and is in a hurry. I felt under pressure when she wanted me to decide now, if I want cut and color without bleaching or what I want to do.

She did also multitasking when she cut my hair. Which is fine for me, it's mostly in Asian salons. The cut (57$ + tip, required in the US) looks good, but I'm disappointed about the service that they don't book extra time for consultation and treatment.

I have really looked forward for a fresher color, but I don't understand the excuse "we don't have time for that and it's expensive" without offering me a next appointment. As a customer I feel unwanted and they decide what they do. Not really professional. The Lady was nice afterwards, but keeps telling me that my natural color looks better than colored.

The salon is by appointment only and before you get in, you have to text them and they will confirm. There is no waiting area inside and masks are required.

I have gotten haircuts from both Yoshie and Aya. I know they usually have a booked and busy schedule (which they definitely deserve), so I go with whoever is available when I need a haircut. Both stylists do a fantastic job, and I am never disappointed! When I show them pictures, they are able to give me exactly what I want. They both are kind, understanding, and professional. I appreciate them for taking the time to answer any questions I have about my hair, and I never feel rushed. In addition, the other workers are very friendly.

This is the best hair salon I’ve ever been to!! The most welcoming, nicest, and talented staff ever, from the receptionist to my stylist Aya. I’ve been to countless hair salons in the Gwinnett area and I’m so happy to finally have found a salon that I can regularly go to now!
