This doesn't have 0 stars so I had to give it a 1 which they don't deserve. Seen dr gouda the "dermatologist: who did nothing but insult my son and refuse to do anything for his sist on the ear lobe. What a joke this dr is but still Scripps hired him. He treated my son like a walking disease who had multiple STDs. I told him his ear hurts inside as well and he backed up put his hands up and said I'm not checking that, im not comfortable doing that. Omg really doc?? What is your specialty then. Being a rude ignorant person. Because that is all I see you doing a good job at.. never again will I take my kids to a place that is beyond going downhill. It's a shame cause they have some great dr.s. like Hawkins and dr n. But when it comes to specialist they dont have much good ones. For the record I will state that he had both my son and I at rage and my son said your not going to help me then why the hell are you a dr. Then this dr says, you swore at me and now I wont treat you. He wasn't treating him anyway and that would be why the cuss word was used. Not towards the dr he used it in general speaking. This was after the doc already refused fo do anything for him. Saying its not a medical problem and they dont do anything for people who have sist on there lobes, that are infected and huge. This isn't the case because we seen dr webb Nov last year who treated him for the infection and drained it and set him up with a specialized dr to remove it. She was. Great person and dr and idk why Scripps cant keep there good docs instead of hiring the worst of the worst. Well hope this helps anyone who reads it. I have seen a total of 3 doctors at this location Scripps Rancho San Diego and like others I would NOT recommend this location with these two in particular doctors.

My foot doctor was so kind and amazing!!! But ......the other two doctors horrid!!!! Dr Vicktoria Shuffelton is the first & Dr Fatma Deif. Both are women. I think I’ll stick to the males they seem to be less mean. Both of these doctors did not care about my health. Example I said I was having dizziness daily and nauseated one ignored me while the other one said just go to urgent care Vs bringing me in and ordering a CT scan or MRI as example. I also had a disability extension to be filled out by Shuffelton. They filled it out, but made an error when I asked their office to fix it and fax to disability the doctors response was have my new dr fill it out they referred me to for my hands vs them fixing the one error and faxing it back leaving me to start all over again when i already still am not paid from 10/23/19 and it’s 11/9/19 today causing me to ask a brand new dr to correct this and waste more time in me not getting paid. They are treating me as PCP but marked they are not yet she addressed all my issues. (Much more) than this, but horrible service and not good medical care. I am so upset. I have been waiting for an appt. for 2 months to see Dr. Shuffleton. My appt. was for today at 8:45 am. I got there at 8:30, went to the front desk and checked in. I went back to her office and sat and waited. They always tell me that I do not need to check in again back there. So I waited and waited and about 9:10 I went up and asked what the problem was. She told me I was never checked in and they cancelled my appt. at 9:00. Unbelievable!!!! So I talked to the supervisor that was there, explained the situation to her and she said we will figure something out. She went and talked to the Dr. The Dr. said I would have to wait about another hour but I could see her assistant. So I go back to see him and he can't do the procedure I needed done.
